I had by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was cold and terrible. The fries were soggy and the meal was missing several things that were supposed to be included according to the menu. I asked multiple times for the missing items and she never brought them before we gave up and just asked for the check. There was one person working (she was tending bar and waitressing). She just kept saying, “Not my fault”. I don’t have unlimited money so it was sad that I had such a terrible meal and service.

We waited an hour for subpar food and drink refills when there wasn't that many customers present. A burger and fries plate was close to twenty bucks.

The Crazy Fox Bar and Grille is the best bar in St. Charles in my opinion. The food is excellent and they have a great selection of drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Daniella, Janette, and Marissa are all just really great people! You will not be disappointed by the Crazy Fox and it is conveniently located right across the street from the Arcada Theater.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and much of that was thanks to our excellent waitress, Jeanette. She took care of us with such warmth and attention to detail, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Jeanette's friendly and professional service truly made our visit special. The food was also fantastic delicious and perfectly. Overall, a top-notch dining experience!

Nice restaurant with excellent staff. We came here for dinner before a concert. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious. We were waited on right away and our food came in a timely manner.
