We had ordered online and dont live very close to the store. An item was forgotten and we didnt notice until we got all the way home. The women I spoke to on the phone was so prompt to fix it for us and was so kind. This is why we drive further for this location. The service here is the best and we will definitely be returning.

1st time I have ordered a Fish dinner at Culver's & was greatly disappointed in the cook on fish batter, very little was crispy, the rest was moist & soggy, so I ate most of the fish without the batter. The fries were good but could've been a little more, good Coleslaw. I ordered as carryout, had I stayed I would have returned the fish to give them a chance to correct. I have done drive through in past with no problems. Don't know if I'll order fish again though.
