D and G continues to be a really welcoming brewpub addition to St. Charles' diverse bar scene, nestled in a quiet, out-of-the-way spot just outside of downtown. Not a ton of parking; however, good beer, attentive staff, friendly patrons, board games, quirky music and a vintage industrial atmosphere give it a cool, walkable neighborhood bar vibe. They often host a food truck or two and live music. A comfortable patio area make it an ideal spot to stop by after a bike ride or a long dog walk.

Very pleasant place to unwind and enjoy a cold pint .Friendly group of patrons and staff . Alot of great events year round Unfortunately with no place to put your feet it's very uncomfortable because you either have to hook your heels on your barstool or let them hang . I would stay for more than two beers if my legs didn't turn numb. Other than that petty complaint of mine its a great place with great beer and music. I love hanging out there .

We lived local insane Charles. We went to d and g brewing yesterday and had a fabulous time with all the dogs and owners. DN. G. Put on a nice show for all the pets and pet parents. Good job, hope we could do more of these. These are fun. Thanks carl and sue lorek plus very good beer and food
