Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Very inconsiderate. They will blow off your cake orders without warning. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s 5th birthday. First off they did not have a cake decorator, not that big of a deal we went through with the order anyways. We were told to pick up on Sunday 1/11at 11:30. I get there at 11:30 to find out the place doesn’t open until noon. I returned at noon to a locked, empty building, lights off. Nobody is there. I assumed maybe whoever was going to open the store was running a few minutes late. I waited until 12:20, no one ever showed up. Came back at 1:20, still not open. Didn’t have time to play games anymore before the birthday party so we had to scramble to find a last minute sheet cake. Don’t rely on this place to come through with your order on the date promised . It seems they just decide to open and close outside of their listed hours and will not bother to let customers with orders know.

The experience at pick up with the older guy wasn't pleasant. After taking the cake out the box it is not what a I expected. I'd be embarrassed as a business owner for this to be a representation of my establishment.

Grille closed 40 minutes before the business closes…I always leave this Dairy Queen disappointed.

It smelled so bad we didnt even get ice cream.. inside the store and outside. Different smells... both very bad.

They ALWAYS close the grill way too early. I don’t know if management knows. So much money lost. I’m not talking 30 minutes early, I’m talking about nearly two hours early.

it’s dairy queen. set your expectations reasonably and you’ll be fine.

Ordered a medium chocolate cone and a small chocolate dipped cone. Received a medium chocolate cone that had been dipped in the middle of the ice cream and a small chocolate cone with no chocolate dipping. When I pointed out the mistake that said that is what I ordered but that's not what they repeated back to me after I ordered. When I asked for the correct order they told me I would have to pay again. Had issues the week before when they gave me small cones with medium ice cream. When asked why they said it was a medium sized cone. I have had enough of this sloppy service and disrespect. Also waited 15 minutes in line to be served and I was the first one in line.

Have gotten my order wrong every time past few months. Missing toppings every time. I paid for extra things and were not put in. Piss poor service for that

Good food and staff, inside is a little outdated and dirty, but when im shoving chicken tenders into my mouth, its the least of my worries
