I Olordered a medium ice cream cone. While it was a medium cone, it has the smallest amount of ice cream in it. When I inquired about the amount of ice cream I was told yes it's a medium. I asked for a manager. The manager brought the scale and weighed it say I actually got more ice cream than I should've. Never going here again rude and giving smaller portions that normal.

I ordered a simple cake for my birthday. Turquoise frosting and a simple happy birthday. Instead I got an all white cake with regular blue happy birthday. I'm also possibly to blame for this next part but "original" flavor i would assume is vanilla and instead it's chocolate. Havent really done much as far as my birthday goes this was just disappointing. ,

Waited for ten minutes at the counter and never was even greeted. Multiple employees only focused on drive thru customers. Won’t be back.

Food was DQ acceptable. Ice cream is out of this world! Waitress was extremely patient, cordial, listened to my questions, and was punctual.

Whoever makes the blizzards here seriously needs to fired. Every time I order one it's pretty much a milk shake flavored with whatever you put in it. Today I got a large royal cheese cake; the blizzard looked like I was given a left over one because it was completely melted into milk with maybe 3 pieces of cheesecake in. I give up on this place.

Food was terrible fries and ice cream was subpar at best I hate a spicy burger they put white cheese on the burger the tomatoe was bigger than the patty all and all I'll never eat at dq again

Staff is excellent. The woman who checked us out went above and beyond to give my son a good experience. Food/ice cream is as excepted for a DQ.

Ridiculous, 9:25pm can't get service through the drive through or the walk up window. Used to walk there at least twice a week for blizzards or dilly bars, but now it's ZERO.
Oh and there were 4 employees who saw me and said or did nothing.

What’s up with the Arctic Blasts? (Mr Misty) Last two I’ve had this spring were not mixed. Flavors were on bottom while sugary slush filled the top 3/4 of the cups.

GO TO ANOTHER DQ!!!….the employees are not professional and extremely limited on knowledge about the menu…they will also make you wait for a very long time…
