It smelled so bad we didnt even get ice cream.. inside the store and outside. Different smells... both very bad.

They ALWAYS close the grill way too early. I don’t know if management knows. So much money lost. I’m not talking 30 minutes early, I’m talking about nearly two hours early.

Ordered a medium chocolate cone and a small chocolate dipped cone. Received a medium chocolate cone that had been dipped in the middle of the ice cream and a small chocolate cone with no chocolate dipping. When I pointed out the mistake that said that is what I ordered but that's not what they repeated back to me after I ordered. When I asked for the correct order they told me I would have to pay again. Had issues the week before when they gave me small cones with medium ice cream. When asked why they said it was a medium sized cone. I have had enough of this sloppy service and disrespect. Also waited 15 minutes in line to be served and I was the first one in line.

Have gotten my order wrong every time past few months. Missing toppings every time. I paid for extra things and were not put in. Piss poor service for that

Good food and staff, inside is a little outdated and dirty, but when im shoving chicken tenders into my mouth, its the least of my worries

I Olordered a medium ice cream cone. While it was a medium cone, it has the smallest amount of ice cream in it. When I inquired about the amount of ice cream I was told yes it's a medium. I asked for a manager. The manager brought the scale and weighed it say I actually got more ice cream than I should've. Never going here again rude and giving smaller portions that normal.

I ordered a simple cake for my birthday. Turquoise frosting and a simple happy birthday. Instead I got an all white cake with regular blue happy birthday. I'm also possibly to blame for this next part but "original" flavor i would assume is vanilla and instead it's chocolate. Havent really done much as far as my birthday goes this was just disappointing. ,

Waited for ten minutes at the counter and never was even greeted. Multiple employees only focused on drive thru customers. Won’t be back.
