My favorite thing about this place is Katie, she is such a fantastic server and person. She took care of us on my birthday and was super attentive and the epitome of hospitality. Super awesome! We were there last Tuesday for the smash burger special! Best smash burger ever!!!! We go here often, Claire’s sister Ava was our server tonight and she is just as sweet!! This place is a gem in downtown St. Charles! So lucky this is in our backyard! Thank you for making our night extra fun Ava!
Our server Claire made the whole experience over the top! She is so friendly and welcoming, wished all servers were just like her!! Love this place, also best fried pickles around! Hope to have Claire next time we come in!

This place is awesome! We were out of town visitors looking for some food and stumbled onto it. Great ambiance, great crowd, great service. Truly unique in how comfortable we felt and how lively the atmosphere was (without being stressful!). Good beer selection. Food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

I finally got to try Dukes right in the heart of downtownSt. Charles. The look of the Northwoods, lots of log like paneling, is a bit lost with all of the big screen tv's and other wall decor. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich. Besides being good, it's Huge ! It's bigger around than a basketball. The fries were good, but not real hot. My wife had the broiled walleye which was ok, pretty good. We sat at the bar and the service was good, very attentive. We will go back.
Not worth a return for us: fair bar food, less than good food service and very loud, hard to have a conversation. And, parking was 3 blocks away for us.

Had a great experience here. Walked in with 10 people to get drinks and snacks before a comedy show. Nanci helped us get a place to hang out (working around their very full reservation list) until we had to leave. She made sure everyone had drinks and food and got us out for our show. Give this girl a bonus! Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. Thanks a million to Nanci and the entire staff who got us in and out. ☺️
