I feel foolish writing this review, because I keep going back there thinking I’ll get better results and it never changes. There is no DD anywhere in the suburbs that is consistently out of inventory more than this location. Hands down, it is constantly out of product. I’ve literally been to this location ten times in a row and have asked for what I wanted to have them tell me they are out of stock. I’m not even exaggerating. I kid you not, but I was there around 11 am and they told me they were out of ALL donuts. Not just the donut I wanted, but ALL donuts. Don’t even think about asking for a glazed after 9 am. I think they only have one blueberry muffin on order and I’ve missed it every time. Nice staff and fine service. Just crap inventory.

Best way to start my morning! The morning crew is amazing. They are very friendly , they remember you and always have a great attitude and care about every customer! They deserve to be recognized for their stellar customer service! Their is alot to be said for having your first interactions with a person in the morning be so postive and genuine. This is by far the best Dunkin I have been too! The morning crew is awesome, they always remember me and have a great engery for so early in the morning! They always have my order ready and waiting for me. My food and drinks are always perfect. You all are the best! See you tommrow morning!

I'm a regular at Dunkin', but my recent visit to the store at 1566 E Main St, Saint Charles, IL 60174 on 9/8/25 around 7 PM was disappointing. After waiting 10 minutes to be noticed, the employee who took my order seemed distracted and made me repeat my drink order excessively. Before I could finish ordering, she walked away! I found this extremely rude and disrespectful. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Hope management addresses this to improve customer service
Get my daily coffee here every morning around 5:05 am. Always open at 5 where others near by that open at 5 are not there at 5.

I pulled up to the drive-through asked for an iced mocha with cream, cold foam light sugar. My coffee was black. You can’t taste it. There was absolutely no cream in it. I asked him to make it again. They took it back and it’s the same drink very disappointing. I’ve been going there for a long time. I’m not going there anymore
