I experienced very poor customer service during my visits yesterday evening and again on Sunday. Both times, the young woman with short hair took my order, and her behavior was unacceptable. When I pulled up to the speaker, she greeted me with “What do you want?” and repeatedly interrupted me, saying “That’s it?” She never says thank you and consistently has a rude, dismissive attitude.
On top of that, the food is often burned when she is working. After I finished paying, she walked to the back without a word, and I couldn’t even ask for a straw. I don’t understand why upper management allows this type of behavior.
I plan to contact corporate because this is definitely not okay. I’m paying for a service.

I went through the drive thru at 5:30 Am this morning, to get a quick breakfast this morning. The person taking orders asked me what I wanted, but she stopped talking to me as soon as I started my order. I sat there for two minutes saying hello, but I didnt get a response. I pulled around and there wasn't anyone at the register, but as soon as I pulled off to the gas station down the street I saw them back to taking orders. This experience was very frustrating, because it feels like I was refused service without being notified with a good reason. This isn't the first time ive had an unpleasant experience going to this dunkin due to the service (same person taking orders every time in the early morning), but this is the worse. Definitely, will not be coming back to this location, due to the overall unprofessionalism of the morning staff.

Worst Dunkin location in the area! I’m not even going to call them Baristas because they have no idea what they are doing here! Order is always messed up whether I do Mobil order or actually order myself. I don’t know why I keep giving them chance after chance thinking they gonna learn how to make a simple “Ice coffee”. Don’t waste your money or time!!!

There was a guy at one of the tables and he was laying across the chairs sleeping. Why would you allow this? This location felt dirty. I won’t be back. There’s plenty of other Dunkin’s in the area

Worst Dunkin we've ever been to. They were out of the syrup my husband wanted but they didn't know that until after we paid. They were out of plastic forks so my son had to eat his hot loaded potatoes with his fingers. Also I ordered a cookie dough frozen coffee and it just tasted like dark chocolate. I don't usually write bad reviews but this was a complete waste of money.

I had ordered a refresher from this Dunkin Monday morning ( 6/16) location and only realized until i had drank about a quarter of the large that there was some type of bug floating in my drink. The lid was closed and was not opened after my purchase.

Wish I would of remembered the woman's name in the drive thru but I cannot say enough good things about her! This was around 8:50isham today (3/26/25) From the moment we pulled up in the drive thru speaker to the window her bubbly personality and big smile completely turned my morning around. I was feeling so bleigh and just a stressful start to the week but I am not lying when I say just the minute me and my 4 year old daughter interacted with her was enough to flip my whole day around positively! The lady deserves a raise or promotion as there arnt to many people in this world like her. Thank you for making a difference in a strangers life!
BEST DUNKIN in the area!! Liz and Angel are simply the best— always friendly, helpful and smiling when I see them. Service is almost always super fast. The morning manager is also extremely welcoming and pleasant. (I just wish everyone would get the app and then I wouldn’t get stuck behind someone explaining which donut they want. LOL!)
Parking: Love that the lot got replaced after the remodel of the store.
