Sarah and Claudia were so wonderful to work with. From the beginning Sarah was so sweet, helpful and accommodating. We just had our wedding on Saturday and it was a great experience all the way through!

We had our wedding at Eden Events on June 28th 2025 and all I can say is it turned out absolutely amazing! We worked with Claudia and Omar they were nothing but fantastic from beginning to end. Our wedding turned out exactly how we envisioned it! From the ceremony to the turn over for the reception space was just so beautiful. The staff was amazing!! The food was delicious exactly how our tasting was. The day of I had everything organized in bins and they set it out for me exactly how I wanted it to look! If you are thinking about having your wedding here DO IT, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Eden Events is such a hidden gem! As a wedding photographer, I’m always looking for venues that offer natural light and beautiful backdrops, and Eden delivers. The space just outside the venue is absolutely stunning for portraits, with lush greenery and a clean, modern aesthetic that photographs beautifully. We chose this venue for a 70th birthday party for my Dad and I have zero complaints. Sarah was extremely patient and responsive to all of my questions and Claudia ran the event without a hiccup. I went to a wedding, and it was very nice, the food was really good and the service amazing. the staff was very friendly. the only negative thing was the bathrooms had only two stalls and I heard the men complaining as well about the bathrooms and the wait. I would recommend very nice place. i gave five stars because my review should not be bad because of bathrooms.

I only gave it 4 stars because it wasn’t easy to find. We found the building but there was no sign that Eden Events was in that building. It wasn’t listed on the Sun in the parking lot. Other than that it was very nice. The food was good and it was served very well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this venue. Lovely view of river.
I attended my sisters wedding at this wedding venue in St.Charles IL and honestly it was amazing. Omar and the team are top notch and know how to make you feel at ease with the whole situation. Weddings are stressful enough and they really eased my sisters mind with how on top of the schedule and planning they were.
Location: Beautiful location nuzzled in downtown st. charles with a waterfront venue view. Interior was decorated to perfection with notes from my sister taken into account and done to the exact note.
Team: They were amazing i've been to a couple other family weddings and there is always something that goes wrong at the surrounding locations near saint charles. Someone is always upset at the end of the day. The teams usually don't do much to put your mind at ease but at Eden everything felt it was under control at all times. No delay on food or the schedule whatsoever. They understand that this is a big day and that you hopefully only will have one of these days!!
Food: Honestly only thing I have to say here is that it was incredible. Nothing was bad on the menu
Overall Thoughts: Usually there is always one criticism for a place but I can't find one for Eden Events they knocked it out of the park. Thank you Omar and the Eden Team!

From the rustic style with the view of the river, to the food & drinks, the bridal/groom suites… Incredible! And that’s not to mention the guest service I’ve received from Claudia, the venues coordinator! Omg!!! Impeccable!!! She completely out did herself!!! She helped give my wedding exactly what it needed!!!! Sooo accommodating and attentive!! Very detailed oriented! She worked amazingly with my photographer & crew and DJ. She took care of everything! Omar the owner also so incredible!! So welcoming and accommodating!!! Honestly, Wonderful people & team!!! The venue also has plenty of outdoor sites to take gorgeous pictures!! Even staying in the bridal suite, I’ve had gorgeous photos!!! All of my guests loved the food, drinks, desserts, service and overall admired the beauty of the venue. It was simply breathtaking!!! They really did and outstanding job creating the perfect venue!!!! I am so extremely happy with my choice with Eden Events. This venue, the team and service with forever be in my heart!!! ❤️ The moment I first walked in, I fell completely in love and knew it was where I wanted our wedding!! We had my baby shower at Eden and everything was absolute perfection! The venue is gorgeous and the food is DELICIOUS!! They even made me my own mocktail! Our baby is 2 weeks old and guests are still complimenting the shower! I think it has been complimented more than my wedding! Everyone was so helpful and wonderful to work with! You cannot go wrong hosting an event here; you’re in great hands!!!!

Eden Events did a great job for my wedding reception! When we first came for the tour, my husband and I loved how beautiful it was inside, and it was even more stunning at night during our reception with the uplights (which can be whatever color you want) and white lights behind the curtains. We had a fall wedding, so we had orange uplights and loved how warm the ambience was.
There's a nice bar area where we had the cocktail hour. There are two Roku TVs above the bar where we were able to plug in USBs to play a picture slideshow. The package we got with Eden included two signature cocktails of our choice and everyone thought they were delicious. We went with a raspberry margarita and a grapefruit gin and tonic.
Around the corner from the bar and directly across from the dining room is a stage which was perfect for our DJ station. And next to the stage, is a space where we had a photo booth.
We had a 60 person wedding, and found that there was plenty of space without it feeling too empty. In the dining room, we easily fit a sweetheart table, 8 circular guest tables, a smaller square vendor table, a rectangular table for a coffee station, a high top table for the cake, and still had plenty of space for the dance floor.
We also thought that the food was good. My husband and I are both gluten free, and Eden worked with us to make the entire menu for the night gluten free so we could eat everything. This included the signature cocktails, appetizers, entrees, salads, dinner rolls, a plated dessert, and a late night charcuterie board table with GF crackers. In particular, we thought that the plated chocolate cake they made was very good. Eden had a large menu with many options we could pick from. We decided to offer our guests a choice between three dinner entrees (chicken piccata, NY strip steak with chimichurri sauce, and a gluten free and vegetarian artichoke pesto pasta), and Eden also made sure that guests with other dietary restrictions (we had one vegan guest) were accommodated.
Overall, we really enjoyed having our reception here! It was the perfect place for us and we also thought the price was very reasonable! It seemed quite a bit cheaper than many of the other venues in the area.
One thing that could have been better was communication about the available options. Eden gave us a menu with prices for the food and drink options, but they didn't include other types of add-ons. For example, they verbally told us that we had the option of adding wine or champagne service during dinner with the amount that that would cost. If they hadn't verbally mentioned that, we would never had known that was an option (and that the bar is typically closed during dinner) since this wasn't in any of the information they gave us. We ended up having a lot of emails back and forth asking questions about different options but it would have been more efficient if they had a large document detailing all of the add-ons and how those would affect the price.
