Shrimp and chicken fajitas were great. So was the service. Wife liked the margaritas too. We'll be back!

Wow, I just cannot believe how downhill this place went. When they were in West Chicago the food in the Margaritas would knock your socks off, then they moved to St Charles and they were okay for a while but over the years the food got skimpy and losing flavor and the Margaritas cost so much money after drinking two of them which cost $30 I didn't even feel it! I don't think we will ever go back, a big rip-off, no wonder no one was there on a Saturday night

Food has no flavor. I ordered the 2 piece combo. Steak taco, chicken enchilada, rice and beans. I had to add alot of salt and pepper.
The service was amazing unfortunately food just isn't good.

The staff is very friendly and we didn't had to wait because we seated at the bar but took a while for somebody to take our order, the food was really bad, I ordered a Tampiqueña and it had a weird taste, the rice and beans were not good at all, you can tell they use canned beans, my friend had chesse enchiladas and said those were the worst he ever had, we won't go back and we don't recommend this place.

We went here today because my daughter really wanted Mexican food after enjoying Scarecrow Fest. My brother looked this place up, so we decided to give it a try. We did not get any alcoholic drinks so I can’t comment on their bar selections. We started with the complimentary salsa and ordered the chili con queso. The salsa was good, and the queso was excellent. But when the meals came, I was less than impressed. I ordered the a burrito that was basically just meat and beans and was topped with cheese. When I asked for hot sauce, my options were Tabasco and Cholula. (Spelling that wrong). Most “authentic” Mexican restaurants have their signature hot sauces so I was surprised they did not. My daughter got the steak tacos and she said she enjoyed them. My other daughter got a steak burrito, that she said, “Hit the spot” We ordered the flan for dessert which was okay. I would say this is a subpar Mexican restaurant. You can tell it has a following, but I wonder if these people have ever been elsewhere. That being said, the service was excellent! Our server was very attentive with drink refills and asking how everything was, and the atmosphere was fun! I would go back and sit at the bar, maybe have a couple margaritas and an appetizer or two, but I don’t think I’d eat a meal here again.

A colorful Mexican restaurant in downtown St Charles serves up quality food. I had the shrimp quesadillas, a first for me. I never thought shrimp and cheese to be compatible. I was wrong as usual. The combo was delicious, especially when you throw in sauteed mushrooms and onions. My wife had the steak quesadilla and it was just as good. Bar menu was extensive. Service was friendly. If you're going to the Arcada theatre across the street this is a good pre concert option.
Worst “burrito” ever. Asked for a veggie burrito (as most restaurants do it) and specifically said, beans, rice, sour cream, tomatoes and avocado. What even is this? Ordered other burritos and it was just as bad.
