Lauren & Emily provided outstanding service. I will be returning to see them for sure! They made such a fun environment it was incredible to be apart of. They made my experience. If anything else, I will be retuning to see them!

Food is good here, but they couldn’t be less accommodating. We had a 5:30 res last night and got seated literally about 2-3 feet from the front door. Temp was below freezing and we noticed 4-5 tables wide open on the other side of the restaurant. They refused to move us there because or 7:30-8pm reservations???? That’s over 2 hours away, which we brought up. But the refused to do anything about it. Wide open tables and being by an open door in sub freezing temps is crazy!

Every time I come here, the food is amazing, but the service is not. Really unfortunate when you have great food, but don’t have the customer service to keep your customers wanting to come back. Unfortunately, at dinner tonight, we decided this would be our last time coming because it’s just not worth it.

Had a great lunch at flagship last weekend. Great place to watch the bears game with the kids. My daughters loved the swings!! Food and service were top notch. Can't wait to go back.

Over 3 inch piece of metal in my sandwich and only got a $50 dollar gift card which is the sandwich was $20

Good service and atmosphere food has fallen off. Grilled cheese options are different and no Mac n cheese. The shrimp appetizer was lacking. Small and few shrimp and random fried batter?? That was pointless and inedible. Burgers and tomato soup were good though.

Was there for lunch the place was very crowded. We got seated about 10 minutes after we got there. They took our order but we sat a long time before we got served. Everyone was working to get people in and fed.

the bartender was rude and so disrespectful throwing money at my friend she was Hispanic or something I don’t know but management did not do much and it so unacceptable this bartender should not be allowed to serve with no amount of customer service and makes the place look horrible.

We're from out of town and we stopped to have lunch. Real nice place to go. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
