Today I invited a friend that hasn’t been in St. Charles. She has Cancer so she felt to eat something light. We decided to try for first time Forever Yogurt. I was carrying my Chihuahua dog. When we opened the door the young lady in the front opened her eyes like she was gonna get in trouble. I was expecting to hear “Hello, nice to see you, unfortunately we can’t accept dogs in here...”But instead she says “we can’t accept dogs”, I think I was the one who apologized, because it was embarrassing. I mean I have traveled to places selling gelato, yogurt , ice cream & and allowed small dogs has long you are carrying them. “Anita’s” in Old San Juan is one of them, the line is incredibly long even early in the morning, the staff is super nice and friendly & their products incredibly delicious. Forever Yogurt has no sign saying that dogs are not allowed. I thought St. Charles was a friendly dog neighborhood. I’m definitely won’t try to get in to a place like this that not even the “good afternoon” are given, but customers need to know you do not allow dogs (small or big) so they don’t feel embarrassed when your staff scream at them. The one star is because I have no choice, it’s required. This place doesn’t deserve even a half star. 👎🏻

be careful when you go to frozen yogourt do not engage with this woman that sleeps in the bench by that place. i was verbally harrassed and threaten to harm me i called the police. please stay safe do not engage. i was just a passerby this is going to hurt frozen yogurt business. she loiters the are think she owns the damn place.

The food was okay and the person who serves you the toppings was rude. Two ladies were in front of me and my boyfriend and the worker was extremely friendly to them, but when it got to me and my boyfriend she just stared at us, no hello or what can I get you she looked at us annoyed. We waited for like a good 10 seconds before I said hello to her and she reached her hand out for my cup. Will not be returning anytime soon as I see this is an issue that's been happening for a while now.

This past Saturday I took my mom to have some yogurt. The lady serving the toppings was extremely rude to my mom for not knowing English. Although my mom tried talking to her in English the lady completely ignored her. Not giving me the chance to translate. This was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory in my eyes.
Went to this place instead of dairy queen. The yogurt tasted very artifical and weird and all the toppings were stale, worst of all its like $10 for a cup. Should've just gone to dairy queen. Don't waste your money here.
