Giordano's is a Chicago chain staple with great food, from appetizers to pizzas. The staff, like our server Ilona, are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a warm and vintage feel. However, there were some delays in service, possibly due to understaffing. The mozzarella triangles were good but could have been hotter. The pizza, despite taking a while to cook, had fresh and plentiful ingredients. Even though the wait times could be long, the food quality made the visit worthwhile. Gluten-free options are available for those with dietary restrictions. When in the area, Giordano's is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
