We've had issues with Giordano's several times now which compelled me to leave this review. This time we placed an online order for delivery in a little over an hour. I called after an hour and a half of waiting and was told it would be another 45 minutes. At least. 2.5 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday night tells me they have no idea what they are doing there. Poor management and horrid customer service. Good luck if you order.

I’m from Chicago and yes it’s one of the BEST pizzas there! Wish they were here in Kentuckyana. I live about 15 miles from Kentucky but in Indiana, how can I get one?

We went for an early lunch, so we missed the rush. The waiter was very friendly and polite. The pizza was amazing. Great price for the amount of food. Will definitely be back if we get to that area again!!
Food was disappointing. The pizza tasted half cooked and watery. The dishes were dirty. My niece had an ant in her drink. We requested a new glass and drink only for the 2nd drink to have another ant in it The fountain was invaded by ants.
Quite disappointing for the large bill. The other food was a 3 star at best out of 5.
This was a special occasion to celebrate a 60th birthday with not decent food was not a hit.

The server and food was fine, but the manager was rude and disrespectful. My grandmother had a walker and was using the regular door. The manager walks over and says to use the revolving door and we told him that our grandmother had a walker and was using it. He then says “I can see that”. If he did see that then I’m confused why that comment was necessary. It was completely unnecessary. It’s a shame cause we used to come here often but won’t anymore.
