Pizza is great as always, but delivery that was supposed to take an hour, took almost 2 hours. Very annoying. To make it worse, when I called, they said it was out for delivery and it took another 45 minutes from then. I live MAYBE 10 minutes away.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times when I’m in town. Tonight I ordered a deep dish pizza. I thought it took a while for it to come to my table, but I know these pizzas do take a while to make. When it did finally arrive at my table. It was barely warm. I have a feeling it sat in the back and the waitress never brought it out.

We ordered for take out, 2 stuffed pizza and chicken wings. For some reason chicken wings are missing. I called and they personally deliver it in our house. That is excellent service. The man is really super nice. We love Giordanos pizza!

Ordered 2 large pizzas for the fight tonight, with friends at the house. I clicked asap was told 3 hours. I called them and was told it was a mistake that the pizzas would be ready in 40 minutes. Drove to pick them up and no pizzas. Had to cancel the order. Now no food for the party. Horrible service.

Eating our delivered pizza as I type this. Maybe the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Ordered thin crust but box was so heavy I thought they delivered a deep dish by mistake. “Thin crust” is THICK and HEAVY and tastes like cardboard. Asked for extra sauce and basically NO sauce at all on this pizza. Asked/paid for ground beef and can barely find any ground beef. Total waste of 35.00 (for a medium sized thin crust pizza with fresh tomatoes and ground beef.🙄

Once was great. Messed up my order and will not honor the replacement as promised. I would not recommend giordano's any longer at the St Charles location. It is quite disappointing to see such a once well loved establishment start to go downhill. Farewell

We were 17 people at the restaurant and my experience with them was excellent. Both the man and woman, around 60 years old, had a great attitude and were very friendly. I’m not sure if he was the manager, owner, or a waiter, but both of them took care of us very well.
I know how stressful it can be when 17 people show up without a reservation—especially with 4 kids. But as soon as we were seated, they came to us right away to take our order and made sure everything went smoothly.

This is my favorite spot for Giordano’s pizza. I preferred to go here as this place created a friendly dine experience. The staff is amazing and service is outstanding. Brings a good retro feeling with the ambient atmosphere with checkered tablecloths. Amazing vibe. Definitely worth the experience.
