The food was excellent. I was very surprised. I had a T-bone steak and fish dinner. My service from my waiter was perfect. He was wonderful. He was the Johnny on the spot all the time with everything. I truly have to say it was a wonderful experience to be at the IHOP in Saint Charles, Illinois.

They took 1hr to make my pancakes and eggs The crazy part they did not even apologize . They got mad because I asked for a discount smh and the owner and my server where rude I was going to snap they gave me 2 dollars discount smh this owners are money hungry

The food was ok, not the best. The worst part was waiting, as well as watching the waitress use her fingers to wipe off excess syrup off multiple plates of pancakes and eating it. Then bring said plates to customers.

Zero stars for food if I could. Was drinking my soda when I was almost done with it, noticed the soda nozzle was on the bottom of my cup. We had already paid our 50.00 bill, they were going to just give me 5 back. They had NO idea how to handle this situation. I ended up getting all money back when I reminded them that I could get sick. Never going back, no matter how hungry I am

I want to eat at Ihop on weekend with my husband. Then the night had a very bad stomach ache and I had food poisoning from the food I ate. Wouldn't really recommend this place if you want to get a food poisoning after my first experience with this place and the last

We came in for brunch at 1130. We were seated immediately by a friendly host. It took our server almost ten minutes to get to our table. She didn’t bring waters with her or even apologize for the long wait. After ordering our food she did not come back to our table one time. Did not give us refills, take our plates or anything at all. When finished we stacked all of our plates and cleaned our area and went to the front register to get our check. The owner or manager printed our check out for us. This is when the server came up and gave us a pen to sign. She stood over me watching me sign it. Never apologized for not serving us, didn’t ask how anything was or anything like that. The server needs to be trained. She lacks the basic skills of serving and has no customer service skills. She made us feel not welcome and that’s not the feel we ever get when going to a ihop.
