What is Science?

Terrible and quite frightening experience, with a waiter who crossed the line. I went with a group of friends during the Sonic the Hedgehog Promotion, when this happened. Our waiter (Spain? He was not wearing a name tag.. I will get to that) made all of us very uncomfortable and crossed several lines during our meal. After taking our order he hung around our table trying to force himself into our conversation despite us being very clearly uncomfortable and trying to end the conversation. This went on the whole night.Eventually, he asked us our ages (obviously a very very inappropriate question to be asking customers) we clearly stated one of us girls was 17 years old (I should not have to remind anybody that 17 is absolutely underaged). Instead of turning him away from the conversation, he continued this unnerving behavior. He proceeded to show us all pictures on his phone that depicted very explicate and sexual images, despite the previously mentioned age. This is beyond disgusting and should never be considered acceptable behavior no matter the circumstances, especially with someone so clearly stated to be underaged. After that horrible experience he still refused to leave us alone. In fact, he tried even harder to interject by constantly asking us to add him on Snapchat to “continue our conversations.” This is why I assume his name to be “Spain” as that was his name on Snapchat that he showed us.I am beyond appalled and sickened by these actions and I truly hope this does not go unnoticed, for our sake and the sake of anybody this man may have made uncomfortable or disgusting advances on in the past or the future. Yet again, all of this happened after clearly stating the age of one of us girls was 17 years old. 17. Years. Old.Truly truly disgusting.

So my wife visited this location on Friday 3/15/24 with our kids because there was a sign on the building advertising kids eat free everyday 2pm-10pm. After she ordered drinks and went to order the kids meals she was told by the waiter that no the sign is old and not taken down yet and she must pay full price. At this point kids are hungry and whining and she felt pretty much just stuck. She thought about the situation and decided to call them today, she said she saw the sign driving by and is it true, the staff member said yes it is true. She then explained well then why did this happen to me Friday night and the staff member quickly back pedaled saying oh the sign should be down but its being honored until then. She then said oh so he should of honored it for me but decided not to and at this point it seems like a ploy you guys use to get people into the restaurant. The staff member asked if she wanted to speak to a manager which she declined because she said she will not be back to this location due to the shadiness they displayed there. We live in the area and that sign has been on the building forever with no start or end date so we wonder how many other people this has happened to.

Management is not prepared to deal with customers nor do they care to do so. Never got a straight answer about an issue from them. They continued to send a different waitresses to answer our questions. Used to be regular customers but will stay away from now on. Just be prepared to be ignored if you have any issues.

Came here with my family and after ordering we were told “kids don’t eat free anymore but the sign is still up” well don’t you think you’d take it down? we had 3 little ones with us and it’s false advertising.

Went for dinner because kids eat free. In fact…there is a giant banner on the outside of the building that states “Kids eat free 2pm-10pm”Upon receiving our bill the kids meals weren’t removed. When I inquired with our waitress she kindly called the owner for help fixing it.His response was “that ended yesterday…they have to pay for it”.I dunno about anyone else….but if you got a giant banner on your building that has a promotion on it….you better honor it.The manager here had a great opportunity to show customer service and humility. Instead…they chose to embarrass both themselves and IHOP.There was another family behind us ordering and when they heard us talking they were also angry.Do not come to this location. This report will also be sent to corporate with photos of our bill and our bill….with the sign in the background.

Came in at around 10 am on a Sunday, with a party of 5. The wait to be seated was around 30 minutes after waiting . we sat down, and the server took orders for beverages to get those was another 10-15 minutes. Then food was another 20-30 minutes. The food was decent for what it was, maybe slightly underwhelming compared to the photos that were pictured in the menus. The staff were polite, albeit swamped with everyone's orders. I do not blame the staff for the wait as IHOP as a company has not been doing the best. The employees are trying their best, and I can't fault them.We were told repeatedly that they were behind and swamped on tickets. There was 3 servers each trying to manage 4-6 people in their sections. The cooks were bring swamped as food was coming out cold from what I overheard from other tables. Perhaps it a management or cooperate issueSummary:I paid 75$ plus another 5 in tip, for a party of 5(2 adults, my 18 year old son, and 2 kids) the food was mediocre with the pictures not matching the expectations although that one is a my own fault. I would go here again if there was no local breakfast place nearby, the wait was horrendous. With them needing another cook and another waiter. The staff were nice and polite but were swamped and rushed with orders.Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, impossible beef, vegan pankcakesParking: Estimate 20-30 parking for normal cars and 3-5 disability.Kid-friendliness: Boosters seats if asked and a kids menu. Saw little children and toddlersWheelchair accessibility: Disability parking but no power doors, there is space I estimate for a wheelchair but definitely cramped.

Horrible pick up experience. The food was mediocre. Toast was the most stale I’ve ever had. Paid $2 for avacado to get 4 small slices… and there was more. Almost wanted to go back and put them on the spot.

Many options, very good food, quite tasty. The service is quite friendly and fast, the tables are comfortable. There is ample parking. At the time we went there was quite a crowd but they served us in a reasonable time.

Soda machine was down so they only offered OJ and other drinks with no free refills. There should of been an exception made today, especially since it isn't our fault their soda machine was down! The strawberry lemonade was so watered down and had no taste.
