Italian Dreams Pizza & Pasta

I ordered a gyro and asked them to add feta. Also Ordered a side of Cole slaw. Half the pita on the gyro was stale and rock hard, the other half was soggy. The meat was a pale grey color. No feta. The sauce was also bad and extremely watery. Nothing of the gyro was edible. The cole slaw was $5 for tiny cup! Worst food I've ever gotten in the area!

My family has been ordering from here literally all my life. Best tavern style pizza in Chicagoland. Super nice people. Can't recommend enough!

I typically order rosati’s but figured I’d try some where new. The delivery was late. The driver couldn’t find my house because he wasn’t looking on the other side of the street. I have an odd numbered house and he was only looking at the even numbers on the right side of the street. After I was able to redirect him he made me come out to the car to pick up my order. He was taking a personal car. Made me take the hot bag and he would wait until I brought it back out. He complained that my home was too far from the restaurant; I don’t set the delivery zone.When we opened up the bags all the food was packaged in Rosati’s containers but the food was terrible. The mostaccioli was cold wet noodles with a can of crushed tomatoes poured over top. We ordered a slice of cheesecake to share. It was packaged in a grocery store container.

I called and ordered a pizza and asked to customize a pizza and they said they could so I asked for Chicken Alfredo, they said okay. I also order mozzarella sticks and a 2 liter. took over an hour to get my food as well as forgot the two liter, the mozzarella sticks taste old and don't have any crunch to them, as well as the pizza came with onions. I am allergic to onions and when I called to tell them all this "well I can give you 50% off your next pizza since it wasn't out fault" customer service is terrible. Please don't order from here, maybe go and have a better experience.

This is our go-to place for pizza. Friendly service. The sauce is our favorite!

This place should be shut down. Got a pizza from there and had a roach in the cheese. Over price and even worse would be the horrible owners. Will never set foot in this place again.

This place does delivery, and it's always quick, hot, and delicious. I love the fried ravioli!

Grossly overpriced and bad quality pizza. Not sure how they are still open.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered pizza and waited an hour and 45 minutes just for them to cancel the order and told me they “dont care” There’s 100 pizza places in the area I highly suggest you give your money to someone that earns it. Not this guy.
