This has to be the worst ran Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been in. The young men that are working here are so unfriendly and rude. If they don’t like making sandwiches, maybe they should attempt to get a different kind of job. It makes it really awkward when you’re in there ordering food for the customer. The owner should really pay attention to this my
last time here.

Slow and wont answer their phone when you call looking for your food. I normally love Jimmy John’s but will never eat at this location again. Ordered at 11:27am, by 12:34pm no food and I can’t get answer on phone. Horrible. Don’t give them your business. Please have the District Manager or Franchise Manager call me, I’ll buy this location and run it better. Everyone will make money and customers will love service

30 minutes after ordering, I called and they didn’t have any delivery drivers available. So don’t expect delivery, never mind quick. Had to pick up myself and eat the toasted sandwich cold.

Never again…. $12.73 for one of the Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches, I got 1thin slice of roast beef…1 sandwich was mostly lettuce and sauce. Complete rip off. Your store is bogus as hell ripping people off, and out of hard earned money. TO ANYONE READING THIS STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Choose Portillo’s, Potbelly, or Jersey Mikes. Stay away from this store!

P.S. I’d leave no stars if I could.

There was an employee, Griffin Obrien, (just a heads up if you meet him) who was cleaning the kitchen with gloves on since it is dirty. With these dirty gloves he proceeds to make my order touching all of the food with dirty gloves. After I point out that he had used the dirty gloves to make my food and how I was uncomfortable with the fact that he used the dirty gloves he proceeds to use an attitude with me. Saying how he was “only using the top of the broom” which has been touched by multiple other people. He then said, “I can’t make your sandwich because we have no bread. I can only refund your money” I got my refund and left. This experience will forever change how I view this establishment and I most likely will not return to this Jimmy John’s.

If I could give a zero I would. Start eating my sandwich and bite into a piece of plastic. Come to realize it’s the corner of some sort of baggy. Disgusting. Can’t imagine the level of not caring to have that end up in one regular size sandwich and not notice before you send it home with someone. Probably never eat at Jimmy John’s again. Gross.

The guy who answers the phone tells the same lie habitually, “driver just left”. If he tells you this expect another 30-45mins. Order from the other one down the street

I placed an order for delivery at 12:20 PM. It is currently 1:20pm and I still have not received my delivery order. I called the store at 1:10 and was told that the delivery driver only left 15 minutes prior and it would be an additional 15 minutes for the driver to deliver my sandwich. No apologies from the store, no recognition that this was an above average wait time.

Update: I canceled my order at 1:30 and the manager remained unapologetic. He called his delivery driver while still on the phone with me to ensure I wouldn’t receive the sandwich before issuing a refund. Didn’t place me on mute, could hear the whole conversation. I understand long delivery times, I don’t understand a lack of professionalism.

Not freaky fast. Very disappointing to take over an hour for a delivery of 2 sandwiches.
Jersey Mike made and delivered the same sandwiches in under 30 minutes.

They were so helpful and nice about adding on a topping to my sandwich that I forgot to add online. They told me they can’t technically change it, but she went ahead and took care of it for me. That little action completely made my day. When I realized I forgot to add it, it was the tipping point of my day. I called figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask, and the lady over the phone was so nice and took care of it for me. Working in customer service, I know how easy it can be to give a quick no because of the extra work it creates, but I really appreciate you doing that!

Same thing happened to us tonight, as described by the other reviews below. We made an online order at 8:35pm and entered the store at 8:39pm. The gentleman said he tried calling twice to cancel our order as he was already closing up. I love to leave work early too, fella, but not when I continue to upset my loyal customer base.

The absolute slowest delivery I've ever had every single time. I live less than a mile away and every time the delivery is at least 1 hour and most of the time closer to two hours. Absolutely ridiculous

Apparently they close earlier than what their hours of business. I tried ordering a sub at 8:30 pm, and when I was there to pick it up. The door was locked. The manager gave me a “courtesy call” to let me know they canceled my order. Hope the owner knows that he is paying for uncorked hours.

Arrived 20 min before closing, the door was unlocked, and we went in. The employee announced that they were already closed. I looked behind the counter, and saw everything was wrapped up and undercover. No apologies, or how can I help you. Never coming back. Heading to Jersey Mike's from now on.
