Great location!
Clean, service was good, no wait.
Good selection of fresh pick to pre-packaged items. Caramel apples were being made.
This ice cream store has a lot of flavours of ice cream and others different desserts like fudge, chocolate etc. My favourite was raspberry sorbet. The people who work there are very nice.
Delicious ice cream!
The young woman offered direction help and was so sweet that I had to come back after my appointment to buy from her. And the chocolate was sooooo good.
Hey Kilwins, we’d love if you would offer some dairy free flavors. We check-in once a year, but it’s always just lemon sorbet 🥺

Total rip off! Order a waffle cone and they may as well have used a table spoon to fill the cone. Never again! $20 later!

Fun flavors for a sweet treat. Servings are generous!
And now, with the pedestrian area in this block, there are plenty of places to enjoy your treat indoors or outdoors.

I walked in with my family to get ice cream and coffee. I walked up to the counter to order an espresso and the guy at the no counter immediately said the machine is "broken" according to my family members the coffee machine has been broken for over two years. Why don't they just take it away? You walk in and they advertise cafe/ latte etc. False advertising. Both in person and online they advertise coffee. Very upsetting and will not be returning.Edit: If the machine is broken -1. Replace the machine2. Remove the false advertising (both online and in person) directly above the inoperable machine is a sign that reads "espresso, cafe, latte etc"
Too expensive and too sugary! It's a no for me.
This was our first time at Kilwins, we walked in today Sunday August 6th at 335pm and there was two employees behind the counter one was on his phone and the other was scooping ice cream in a container, neither of them greeted us, no hello, how are you, what can I get you, just two sour looks on their face, zero enthusiasm. As we looked at the chocolates and ice cream still no greeting or what can I get you. Finally after a few minutes my partner asked the young man for two scoops of ice cream and no words he had a stoic look and proceeded to scoop the ice cream, to his credit after he gave her the ice cream he did ask if he could get her anything else but with the same sour look on his face. Overall the atmosphere was less than welcoming and somewhat uncomfortable, I will not be returning and instead heading to Batavia Creamery a few miles away where the staff at least welcomes us with some enthusiasm.
