Lots of flavors, great area, nice staff, and incredible ice cream. This is a great place to stop by for ice cream, (or sorbet if you're lactose intolerant). They have lots of flavors, and both indoor and outdoor seating, and are located right near a river walk if you don't want to sit around.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy based ice cream, but if you can't have that, they also offer sorbet, which to my understanding doesn't contain dairy.
Parking: There's a fair number of spots, but the parking lot is shared with neighboring businesses so sometimes you may have difficulty finding parking, but most of the time it's a breeze
Kid-friendliness: They have kids cones and kid sized chairs.

This was our first time to this popular spot. The ice cream was fine, the service was friendly and helpful. It's worth a stop, just try the parking lot behind the building which is much bigger than in front.

Kimmer's Ice Cream in Saint Charles is a must-visit for ice cream fans. Nice range of creative flavors to comfy classics. Keep an eye on rotational flavors they go quick! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to start up a friendly conversation if they are not too busy, especially with the kiddos the love the attention. Michael says, "Hello Ms. Lucy " he misses chatting with you". We moved and miss you guys so much!! Please open one in FL : ) When we come into town to visit, we will For Sure drop in. So, whether you're enjoying a casual scoop or celebrating a special moment, Kimmer's is sure to make it a sweet memory.

We were excited to check this place out and I could see all the love and care that goes into the building and atmosphere as it is a really sweet place to stop by with your little people. The grape sorbet had such a flavorful taste and reminded me of jelly. I was impressed! The young girls working behind the counter seemed less than friendly - Customer service is everything, especially working at an ice cream shop where people are usually happy walking in.
