Maple Leaf slaps. First time coming here, I was expecting the usual - a coffee shop that has ok food but coffee is the main focus. Nope. The food here is excellent! I am an absolute stickler when it comes to breakfast restaurants.. the vast majority sling out the same boring mediocre meals or are the pretentious breakfast place that sounds better than it is. This was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. It’s intentionally not fancy; just quality ingredients cooked correctly....
For those who know Alex and Maple Rose Coffee Roasters in Roselle and have always wished for a spot where you can actually sit down and enjoy that same freshly roasted quality, this is the place. You get the signature freshness of their beans along with an atmosphere that makes you want to slow down, breathe a little, and have a real conversation whether with a friend, or with your own thoughts and a journal. Highly recommend checking out this beautiful St. Charles location.
I go to Maple Leaf for coffee and is the best coffee I have found in the area. The flavor and quality is consistent, which is not true in orher places. The staff is awesome. They are friendly, efficient and always welcoming. They have a nice space to chat with friends, work or get kids entertained.
