McDonald’s App allowed me to place a mobile order. When I pulled up to the drive thru in the second lane, no one answered. Then changed to first lane all to find out they are not accepting mobile orders. Told me I had to cancel it in the app to get my money back. Specifically placed a mobile order to redeem points for cheaper meal.

The employee at the window told us we couldn’t order an item because he didn’t have the button for it on his screen. If that’s the case, why is it still on the menu? On top of that, the staff was very disrespectful, which made the experience even more frustrating.

If you enjoy wasting your time and fighting to get your money back, this is your spot. I placed a clear order (Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, drinks) and was charged the full amount at the first window. At the second window, they claimed I had only paid for the coffee and water—the main items were missing from the payment! After this ridiculous mix-up, I requested a refund, and they made me pull forward. It then took a completely unacceptable FIVE MINUTES just to hand me my cash back. Five minutes for change! This location is profoundly disorganized and utterly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Eh they mess up a lot , forget to put things in the bag. Usually not a big deal but when u live 20 mins away it's frustrating. Gotta drive 20 to get their, 20 home. Realize they messed up, drive 20 back n 20 back home. Now you gave driven an hour and 20 mins for cold fries and a messed up burger. Pass.
