McDonald's, let me just thank you for giving me the privilege of discovering you forgot my sweet and sour sauce after l've already driven halfway home. What an absolute masterpiece of incompetence. I mean, who needs sauce with their nuggets, right? I should've known better than to expect even a basic level of service from a place that can't even manage a simple request. You'd think they'd at least get that right, but no. Instead, I get the thrill of realizing it when I'm already far enough away that turning back is a waste of time. You think Im gonna go back for it? Nah, that's just a whole other level of insult. It's not like I had anything better to do than waste more time on a McDonald's employee who clearly couldn't care less. You know, it's kind of impressive how consistently terrible you manage to be. You managed to ruin something as simple as a nugget meal, But here I am, stuck with these dry, flavorless nuggets, wondering how it's even possible to mess up something so basic.Are your employees trained to forget sauce, or is that just a special feature of McDonald's now? At this point, l'd rather eat my shoes than step foot back into this location.

I have been a loyal regular for almost a year now. All of a sudden they say their smoothie machine is broken or it’s cleaning. As someone who worked in fast food, you clean machines at the end of the night not in the morning. I drove all away across town just to get a smoothie. This is ridiculous.

they claim theyr open 24/7 but they didnt answer the drive when we sat there for multiple minutes at 4 am; it said theybwere open and we saw them in there they just didnt answer. worst mcdonalds expirence ever.

I went to go get a five dollar meal deal for my birthday treat With my friend. When I get up to the window And receive my food. I noticed that I only had gotten one out of the six sauces I had ordered on my app. So I asked for the remaining sauces that I was missing when she told me it would be $.40 each. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes, very rudely. So I did not get all of the sauces I ordered as I thought it was crazy that you had to pay $.40 for each sauce, even though I had ordered them on the app. Then upon departure, I found out my best friend did not receive her chocolate milk either. Very dissatisfied and hope for Compensation.

I ordered three extra creamy ranch on my mobile order pull up to the window and the girl says $.40 each for sauce and I questioned her and I said, but I already put them on my app mobile order and she goes no $.40 each for sauce, then I hand her change and then she forgot my chocolate milk horrible experience

I have placed an order online around 3:3O and when I went to the drive thru staff said that they were just taking cash cause the system was down and it happens every day at 3am and since I had already paid online they were not able to to anything. I asked if I could show them the order in the app and pay in cash and they said no. They were polite and apologetic but like wtf???

I got two shakes for $8.58 and I handed the cashier $10 and he gave me a $1 back and said “we will call it 9 even” and he was rude ash taking the order. This establishment needs to not hire whatever they can find.

Why offer plain when you are unable to comply? Everytime I order plain food online it comes to me with pickles or onions. Food quality checks are needed. If you offer something as an option online please deliver on it. It's disheartening to realize I will never be able to order without checking myself.

Well, this McDonald's officially removed their soda fountains and NO LONGER OFFERS FREE REFILLS ON SODA for dine-in customers. I won't be returning to this location. It's disappointing because this used to be my favorite McDonald's location. I guess this specific franchisee is more worried about punching pennies and wasting dollars because of all products sold in the fast food/restaurant industry, soda has the largest margin. The cost of the amount of syrup used, carbonation, and the water used doesn't even cost a nickel to fill that cup. More money will be lost from the lost non-return business due to the no-refill policy change than the pennies saved from no more refills. There are plenty of McDonald's in the area, most owned by different franchisees.. Most others still offering free refills..
