Eh they mess up a lot , forget to put things in the bag. Usually not a big deal but when u live 20 mins away it's frustrating. Gotta drive 20 to get their, 20 home. Realize they messed up, drive 20 back n 20 back home. Now you gave driven an hour and 20 mins for cold fries and a messed up burger.
Pass.

Lobby is closed early, food was cold by the time I got it because they made us take a lap in order to pick up only 2 mobile orders. Miserable staff, said “see you soon” at the pay window. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Every time I come here they mess something up. I have gotten the complete wrong order and I have gotten the correct order it is always missing something. Whether it be the straw or the sauce or sometimes even the fries, something is always missing.

The manager told me his name was John Smith over the phone and told me that i should have noticed my fries were missing sooner. He blamed me for his mistake. The managers here are yrash people that will belittle you over the phone as if they were your ex or something.... Go to any other mcds

By far the worst experience ever had. I place an order on the mobile app. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and I was given one sauce, which I get. I get my buffalo sauce. THEN I requested 3 more sauces on the app separately: sweet n sour, bbq, and ranch. As I receive my food I first notice I couldnt find the sauces which I mistakenly overlooked but saw I only got my sweet n sour & bbq. I apologized but still
told them I am missing two other one. FYI: On the app they are listed as free, for any extra sauces. Well the lady/manager said she only gave me two out of the 4 sauces I asked for and if I wanted the other two she would have to charge me. So my question is why do you have it listed as free on the website but then go around and charging people. Makes no sense. And instead of coming to the window she was talking through the window guy. Saying she couldnt hear what I was saying and was expecting the guy to tell her. Like srsly? Couldn’t come to the window to speak to a paying customer??? Such a bad experience and such a bad manager. Srsly this location needs to do better…

McDonald's, let me just thank you for giving me the privilege of discovering you forgot my sweet and sour sauce after l've already driven halfway home. What an absolute masterpiece of incompetence. I mean, who needs sauce with their nuggets, right? I should've known better than to expect even a basic level of service from a place that can't even manage a simple request. You'd think they'd at least get that right, but no. Instead, I get the thrill of realizing it when I'm already far enough away that turning back is a waste of time. You think Im gonna go back for it? Nah, that's just a whole other level of insult. It's not like I had anything better to do than waste more time on a McDonald's employee who clearly couldn't care less. You know, it's kind of impressive how consistently terrible you manage to be. You managed to ruin something as simple as a nugget meal, But here I am, stuck with these dry, flavorless nuggets, wondering how it's even possible to mess up something so basic.Are your employees trained to forget sauce, or is that just a special feature of McDonald's now? At this point, l'd rather eat my shoes than step foot back into this location.
