Where do I start? I had a DOUBLE CHESE burger and they gave me a single slice of cheese. I also asked for extra salt and they did not give it to me. They took 10 minutes just to give me a single drink cup also and to even take my order in the first place. Also I don’t even think they have a drink refill station inside the restaurant. SMH

I placed on order over the app then drove here to pick it up, it took a few minutes until my order was ready. I thought it would’ve been ready right when I got there.

Every time and I mean every time we wait and wait are ignored literally they look at you and turn away food sits Luke warm I just waited in the kids playroom 15 mins for a small shake it was like water got attitude and was given another just as bad do yourself a favor travel a couple miles further and go to the west Chicago location much better ..UPDATE.. BROUGHT 3 KIDS HERE MANAGER EXTREMELY RUDE MADE THE KiDS UNCOMFORTABLE IT WAS ONE OF THEIR BIRTHDAYS WE WILL NOT COME BACK HERE COLD FOOD REFUSED TO GIVE THE LITTLE BOY A RANCH MADE US SWAP A BBQ SAUCE ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS GO UP THE STREET AND BE TREATED WITH RESPECT RUINED THIS CHILDS DAY

Rude employee, he was working a Sunday afternoon in the drive thru cash register. I gave him my order and he began questioning my decision. What kind of establishment is this. He should be fired! I will not be coming back here. He’s white, around 18-23 and was wearing a black sweatshirt with letters in the back. Completely rude!

They messed up our orders there. They kept bringing some of the food to our table without bringing all of the items. Overall, the service was not good. They tried, but there was clearly a language barrier. I also asked to make a sandwich a specific way, they said ok, but then did it wrong, again, language barrier. But the food was fine as usual.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt. . I ordered on the mobile app. Read my order to me at the window and I told them I ordered a regular chicken sandwich not spicy. He looked perplexed. 5 mins later he came to the window with my bag. Thought all should be good. Nope spicy chicken was in the bag. I double checked the app. I ordered a regular chicken. Every order something is wrong. Starting to tell my family that fast food might start having to be ChickFilet across the street.
What an absolute joke the service is here! Every time I vist thus location it is a ridiculously long wait to get my food. Once food does come out it is cold! Tried talking to a manager about it and she just walked away! Wow, ok....

I made a mobile order, which was for curbside delivery and when they delivered it to me after 15 minutes of waiting they gave me the drink badly covered and it almost fell on me after I poured it into my hand and it's not the first Once, she has served me through her window and it has been the same, rude and poorly educated, very bad service
