I just moved to the area and been going here for about a month now until I realized they charged me different prices everyday for the samething I've been ordering. I ordered 2 of #6 meal (breakfast) with 2 large orangr juice for $14.32. Two weeks ago they charged me $18.68. Today they charges me $20.73 then when I bring up the issue to the manager (Veronica) she reduced it to a little but over $17. The problem here is I've been paying $14.32 last whole week for the exact samething. It is so frustrating in communication since most employees there can't speak much english. I'm not sure if they can read the menu to cash out. I won't be coming here again since they charge your meal like stocks market.

You flatout have the worst pickup service out of everyone! Noone comes to the counter and they dont even know what my order is for a quick counter pickup that is supposed to be ready when i get there. Your mc donalds who started and made fast food popular yet your the worst now!

they hire people that don’t speak english which isn’t bad because i also speak spanish but it’s hard for people who don’t because they always mess up their orders , and we always get the wrong items or their is food that is always missing something .

I get a Diet Coke here pretty often. Not only are they rude, but recently there were floaters in my drink. It looked like dust was in my drink. It was disgusting. I will never return.

Employees forgot to put sauces in happy meals and when asked employees she gave off horrible attitude trying to charge extra ? For a condiment that’s ALREADY included in happy meals 😭😭 I order online to avoid these interactions

Not only did they take forever to give me my order (I had to ask to get it) they got it wrong and missed my items. I am highly disappointed. My fries and chicken nuggets were also stale.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Want to use the app? They don’t accept any of the meal deals. Want a kids meal? Don’t expect the main course, they can’t even put the 6 nuggets in the box, you have to go up and ask for them if you want them with your kids meal. Want to use the kiosk? You’re going to have to wait 15 minutes for it to work and it won’t give you a receipt. Want any sauces…even ones you ordered with your meal…you’ll have to deal with the sauce nazi…remember that receipt you didn’t get at the kiosk? Can’t prove you ordered those sauces… $0.25 per sauce!!!!
(Be careful, someone in front of me found a hair in her snack wrap…and the sauce nazi gave her attitude like it was the customers fault)

I only ordered a large Coke n had to wait 12 mins for and the inside dining had me and one other person waiting. I saw the coke that was sitting on the counter the entire time I was waiting and when she brought it to me, half the cup was clear! Won't be back
