I arrive with 3 hangry children in the vehicle at my pickup time and run inside only to find my flaccid pizza going into the oven. 15 minutes later we have pizza. I’ll be adding a side of Tylenol. Already had the side of tears. This location should have closed. It’s not even busy

This place is a great vegan pizza option where there aren’t many contenders. You can chose between thick and thin crust and a variety of vegan sauces, toppings and finishes. I got a pizza with the spicy tomato sauce, onions, roasted broccoli, roasted garlic, bbq sauce, artichokes, and some other toppings and it was delicious. My partner got an olive oil base pizza with peppers onions and olives. Both were on thick crust and very good.

My family used to go here all the time, but there’s one worker here who has no people skills! She’s the girl with the really long hair. I have a one year old who went behind the counter when we were about to pay for our pizza. I stopped everything to chase him and she ran past me, picked him up, and yelled at me and him to “get out of here” loudly. She treated him and I very poorly, shoved past me to pick up MY baby, and yelled at a one year old. I will not be back

The food was amazing! while dealing with a medical emergency orders got messed up and the staff gave everyone there gift cards. the staff handled everything amazing while dealing with a very disrespectful customer (michael)

So my name was called after a family that came after me no big deal there however when my pies came out they were both burnt and the manager was trying to hide the fact they were burnt and box them up not until I said something about it did he say oh do you want me to redo the pizzas I come here all the time and this is bad business had I taken this all the way home I would of been pissed to the max

Pizza was delicious though once again, quite sparing with the ingredients (create-your-own). Also got italian chopped salad. Super disappointing. Supposed to be romaine and arugula but about half of the lettuce was yellow and the rib/stem of the leaf. We got a half-filled dressing cup that was not enough considering that most of it was bland stems. When you got a bite of actual leafy bits, it was decent. Would not buy again.

Very good experience. Haven't been to Mod in a bunch of months. Stopped at the store in Geneva,Illinois because my daughter in Wisconsin said they now have a stuffed crust. They don't in Illinois. So I still ordered a Mad Dog and it was better than other joints because here the crust was actually crispy which I like. I will have to make this a monthly thing. The staff was very friendly and inquisitive about the Wisconsin stuffed crust. Hopefully they get it soon. Great place for a quick lunch pizza.

MOD is great, and the service at this location is even better. They were very friendly and helped me understand how exactly ordering there went. Plus, they made me a great pizza! Awesome place!!
Came in store 3 minutes before they opened and made me leave until it did open, so I left, ( permanently.) Didn't know it wasn't open so they should keep their doors locked until it is.

A little confusing going in there, would have liked an explanation on what to do, but had a little info from friends. They have a ton of toppings, for both pizza & salad, & the pizza cooks very fast. The pizza was very good, they only have thin crust though, which means crispy.

I called to ensure it’s possible to do half and half for toppings with take-out. On the special instructions I marked half and half after calling minutes before. When I receive my pizza they ignored both requests for half toppings.

Mod pizza is such an excellent place to go. There’s so many varieties and combinations with all of their meat, veggies, sauces and toppings.
The staff at this location as many friendly and informative and hard-working. Our pizzas were prepared, accurately, and well fairly quickly.
The indoor seating at this location has many varieties. The bonus is that they have outdoor seating which could accompany parties of 12 to 15 people. It was clean and comfortable and great way and place to enjoy the pizza.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and seating is accessible.
