The staff is friendly at this location. The Pad Thai is always my favorite!!! There is nice patio seating available too!

Service was good, and food came out good and tasted very good also.

Had the limited time stroganoff….couldn’t chew the tough beef…it was terrible

Mediocre food...felt a bit overpriced for what we got.

Buffalo mac and cheese was SOUP! Palatable, though. They offered to remake it but I declined.

It tasted like a gallon of salt was used for my chicken Alfredo and another gallon on the cheesey garlic bread. It was horrible. I'm so disappointed. I wish I could get my money back.

The young lady was very helpful and cheery. I would want her representing my business. I think she was the manager?

Easy ordering as well as a clean dining room and kind workers.

Food and service get 1 star. Noodles and company has gone downhill extremely quick and this location, the St Charles store, has grown exceedingly bad in those categories. We ordered Japanese pan noodles tonight and when they came out, the noodles were still white. We asked for more sauce and we were told we’d have to pay for the sauce to cover our white noodles. Crazy. And the food itself was lukewarm, cheesy garlic bread was soft as if it wasn’t even cooked. Overall, terrible experience but honestly, it doesn’t come as a shock.

I went in around 9:30 for the Medi salad which is the only thing I like here. The girl at the counter was very nice but the man who was also back who looked like some sort of manager maybe right away said they didn’t have the stuff for the salad. I proceeded to look at the menu and then asked if I could get it without the lettuce since it had noodles in it and I had my own lettuce at home. He then said there would only be certain ingredients in it and so I said can I at least have that with some noodles since I came all the way here. He then looked at the menu and was clearly irritated and was being lazy and just didn’t want to accommodate me. I asked if it was because they were closing and he at first said no and then yes. I suggest not turning people away especially when I was making it easier for him to still help me instead of just getting mad like some would. I ended up buying nothing. Also I was already having a bad night and was just looking forward to getting something to eat. This makes me not want to come back to this location .

I am so pissed off about this noodle company. Ordered the pan teriyaki steak & noodles. When I picked my order up the noodles were one pile of dough for noodles. Also ordered the butter noodles & it was the same way a pile of stuck together dough for noodles.
Couldn't do a dam thing with it other than to throw the $22.00 they changed me for this outright in the garbage can.
I won't be coming back. I think they should be closed down. Jon Bell UPS Teamster.
