The staff at the St Charles Oberweis are absolutely amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with a smile! The store is spotless every time I visit, and it’s clear they take real pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. On top of that, the ice cream is rich, creamy, and downright delicious. Great service, great people, and great ice cream — can’t ask for more! 🍦

Soft serve machine has been down multiple times I’ve tried to go now. Don’t waste your time going to this store!
Took my niece from out of state to have our favorite local ice cream. The ice cream was amazing as usual. Devin was very patient and made her exactly what she wanted.
