Poor customer service today. My teenager ordered a large soup. Server was not friendly and did not make it easy for my daughter. Asking if she wanted a group soup. When my daughter said sorry, I’m confused. The server told my daughter, she was confused too now. Poor customer service
5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �
