This is one of the best Paneras I have ever been to. The manager, Penny, helped me out so much with an issue I had with my order. She and the caterer who delivered it were so amazingly helpful, considerate, and kind. Shout out to them both for being absolutely fantastic. Thank you!!

This location is a little farther west than I need to go to have some Panera bread bowl soup but it is my favorite choice. Everything is always FRESH and the cleanliness is top tier. Always welcoming staff and Eric goes the extra steps to even help bring trays out to your table if he sees you need to make 2 trips or anything he’s right there to help out.

Somehow this location cannot get simple bagel orders right. And by simple I mean a single bagel with cream cheese. 2/3 curbside orders I’ve placed have been wrong. Both wrong cream cheese, bagel, and not sliced or toasted (yes, I ordered it that way) very confused how there can be 2 things on a ticket and they’re both wrong lol. Ordered an iced coffee today and it was disgusting. Literally 5 ice cubes in it and luke warm. Just go to bad guy bagels instead if you’re in the area, they can actually read their tickets.

My order was not ready at the time it was supposed to be, it was ready 11 minutes afterwards. I'm diabetic. I almost passed out waiting for my order. Kitchen staff looked short and I overheard a worker tell someone else to pick up the pace. There was a lot of orders on the screen that said they were working on.

I have been using the Panera app to order my sandwiches for a month now and the order is always correct, delicious and the staff extremely friendly. The prices are unbelievably low for the portion and the quality. Do not buy McDonalds when you can spend approximately the same and have a way tastier/healthier meal. I'm hooked on the new spicy Tuscan bagel sandwich.
