Somehow this location cannot get simple bagel orders right. And by simple I mean a single bagel with cream cheese. 2/3 curbside orders I’ve placed have been wrong. Both wrong cream cheese, bagel, and not sliced or toasted (yes, I ordered it that way) very confused how there can be 2 things on a ticket and they’re both wrong lol. Ordered an iced coffee today and it was disgusting. Literally 5 ice cubes in it and luke warm. Just go to bad guy bagels instead if you’re in the area, they can actually read their tickets.

My order was not ready at the time it was supposed to be, it was ready 11 minutes afterwards. I'm diabetic. I almost passed out waiting for my order. Kitchen staff looked short and I overheard a worker tell someone else to pick up the pace. There was a lot of orders on the screen that said they were working on.

I have been using the Panera app to order my sandwiches for a month now and the order is always correct, delicious and the staff extremely friendly. The prices are unbelievably low for the portion and the quality. Do not buy McDonalds when you can spend approximately the same and have a way tastier/healthier meal. I'm hooked on the new spicy Tuscan bagel sandwich.

Great Place Great Food: It Keeps On Getting Better 😁
One saturday morning I ordered 6 bagels and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for them when they were ready in their basket. This was not a busy saturday, I was the only person in the line. A manager asked me what I was waiting for to start moving the order. If management can not keep their workers in line to make sure orders are being processed, I dont see how this place will last.

Came to dine in with my mother around 6:00 PM on Sunday evening, she asked for an extra tray as she was struggling to balance a few extra food items, the young tall man at the food pick-up counter refused to give an extra tray when my mother asked for one and suggested she can “keep coming back” to retrieve items. Incredibly lazy and unaccommodating young staff! Not to mention, us and the other patrons were kicked out! Manager said at 6:48 “Sorry to interrupt but we have a hard close at 6:30, and it’s well past that time.” when they apparently close at 8pm!
Will not be back, a shame after coming for so many years.

The grilled cheese was not grilled at all...it was like a cheese sandwich. When you've been home sick for 4 days and you finally have a taste for something and I got a lousy cheese sandwich..
