The sandwiches are good but stay away from the french onion soup. That soup was the worst I ever had.

I have been using the Panera app to order my sandwiches for a month now and the order is always correct, delicious and the staff extremely friendly.
The prices are unbelievably low for the portion and the quality.
Do not buy McDonalds when you can spend approximately the same and have a way tastier/healthier meal.
I'm hooked on the new spicy Tuscan bagel sandwich.

TERRIBLE online ordering!! App said ready at 1:47. Manager Amy was rude when asked about the order. Finally got it at 2:00.

One saturday morning I ordered 6 bagels and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for them when they were ready in their basket. This was not a busy saturday, I was the only person in the line. A manager asked me what I was waiting for to start moving the order. If management can not keep their workers in line to make sure orders are being processed, I dont see how this place will last.

AWFUL!

Came to dine in with my mother around 6:00 PM on Sunday evening, she asked for an extra tray as she was struggling to balance a few extra food items, the young tall man at the food pick-up counter refused to give an extra tray when my mother asked for one and suggested she can ā€œkeep coming backā€ to retrieve items. Incredibly lazy and unaccommodating young staff!
Not to mention, us and the other patrons were kicked out! Manager said at 6:48 ā€œSorry to interrupt but we have a hard close at 6:30, and it’s well past that time.ā€ when they apparently close at 8pm!

Will not be back, a shame after coming for so many years.

The grilled cheese was not grilled at all...it was like a cheese sandwich. When you've been home sick for 4 days and you finally have a taste for something and I got a lousy cheese sandwich..

Soup is mush!! I didn’t pay $9 for mush it’s so bad and I’m at work so I can’t just run back over there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed ā˜¹ļø I really like Panera soup chicken and wild rice. Be nice to get a free lunch next time.

Came here to pick up some tomato soup for my sick mother at home then saw a sign that read ā€œsorry out of soups.ā€ I was just about to leave when the district manager John came out to let me know that he’ll double check and see if there are any more tomato soups left. He came back out and gave me a whole soup instead of the cup that I had ordered, on top of that providing the soup on the house due to the inconvenience. I greatly appreciated the gesture and the attention to customer service. We always come here and have never had an issue so take all the 1 stars and 0 stars with a grain of salt. Food was amazing, place was clean, and service was excellent!

My first time here and the cashier,Lilia, had an attitude and didn’t seem to care. Didn’t even greet me but said ā€œis that all?ā€ Without even making eye contact even once. I don’t expect perfection but a smile would be nice. The cooks were nice and they were super busy. My food came out great so that was a plus and the only reason I rated this 2 stars. I’d recommend this location but definitely go to a different cashier if you go.
