ESTABLISHMENT: Nice ambiance. Clean dining area and clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. Approximate 17 tables in the dining area for 4 or more people each. STAFF: Owner is very friendly and welcoming. FOOD: Fresh and flavorful. Good variety. Pho and Bun dishes are good. We ordered egg-rolls, beef pho, lemongrass chicken. All were delicious. Great pho. Tripe is a bit strong in flavor (gamey) so if your not a fan, skip the tripe. Spring rolls are decent as well.

This restaurant continues to go down the slope for me. It started like most establishments. Great service and food! However, the last few times I’ve ordered take-out (which is probably every three months) the food continues to lack any kind of flavor. No flavor stands out in their dishes. And it’s disappointing when remembering how good it could be. Tonight I ordered the Spring Rolls. They have become smaller and the peanut sauce, could swear, was literally watered down. It was not like peanut sauce at other Asian restaurants where it is thick and has a good note of sweet to it. This was runny and remote of taste. I also got the “Special” Rice. Not sure what is so “special” about it other than there’s literally nothing to it. Which in some way, does kind of make it special. Even when I cook a dish at least there is something that my tastebuds pick up and either enjoy or dislike. Nope! Not here! It is impressive. Think I’m done here!!!!

Notably, some of the best pho I have ever had. I had the #24, the broth was perfect before adding any condiments or basil to it. It was rich, balanced and piping hot. The meat was fantastic, the only thing I could have wished for was a little bit more noodle/meat but will be back! Just need to order extra noodles next time!
First time coming here with my boyfriend. This place is his favorite and I completely agree! The food came out quick and the broth was probably some of the best Pho I had ever. And I’ve tried many different places. The brisket was my favorite. A must try! Will definitely be back.
