I had a fantastic experience here! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Special Bánh Xèo was perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with fresh bean sprouts and shrimp inside – probably one of the best I’ve had. The bún bò Huế (spicy beef noodle soup) was rich, aromatic, and comforting, with generous toppings like pork loaf, tender beef, and even pork blood for those who enjoy traditional flavors.

WOW!! Pho Ly is amazing. My wife and I tried this wonderful restaurant, and we wish we could give them a 6-star review. The pho is incredible, and the medium size could feed two people. Great taste, and great value... we'll be back:)

I am from Orange County, CA where the pho at the restaurants in Little Saigon tastes savory and authentic. I tried Pho Ly’s special beef pho and it was just as impressive. The restaurant also feels new and clean. I will definitely return to try another savory dish next time I am nearby for work.
