An employee in particular, with a tall height and a pronounced weight, is a super rude person. I don't know if it is discrimination based on race or gender, but this person has mistreated me on two occasions when I come to this place.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We ordered the Big Dinner Box and we were supposed to get breadsticks without the seasoning on them and without the marinara sauce. It was also supposed to come with 8 wings and we only received 4. Just a heads up to check the box before leaving the store (my bad).

I have never experienced worse service from a restaurant. 1. The order was delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address. 2. When I called the driver to inquire about where the order was, he was incredibly rude. 3. I spent the next half hour driving to pick up the cold, wet pizza from my porch in the pouring rain constantly calling the restaurant and being disconnected by the phone service because nobody answered the phone during that half hour. 4. I tried calling the order line, and she was also no help and refused to do anything other than transfer me back to the restaurant which wasn't answering. 5. I finally got the pizza from my porch, and it was the wrong kind. 6. I have been trying to contact customer service for a MONTH now to get this order refunded, and they only respond with a generic "sorry, we value you" email. Horrible (non-existent) customer service at this location.

Only 1 person working 90% of the time . Always has the worst attitute regarding pick up orders too busy got 10orders comments . What this place needs is min 2 ppl working .worst place for pick up orders ive had to unassign like 10 orders already .
Ordered 2 Stuffed Crust pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. The pizza, despite being paper thin, was nearly raw. The toppings were barely cooked. It actually seemed like the pizza was microwaved. There’s no way this was in an oven. Save your $45 and get real pizza.

Don't waste your money and come here. This place will ruin your day since they like to show attitude to any customers that come here

Very bad service and the India's are back and horrible pizza i will never returned to their location ever again hopefully they will go out of business soon! Do not do business with them they will rip you off on your pizza and they are bad on the pepperoni and cheese and sauce. We order the New York pizza and they give us this no pepperoni just cheese pizza.
