Definitely will not be back to this location again. Twice we received pizza without the sauce on it. Don't care to call for a replacement again as it looks dirty inside the store. Honestly not sure how they pass health department inspections.

Wife and I randomly wanted to go to pizzahut after an appointment. Frankly neither of us can remember that last time we've had pizzahut (definitely over 10 years) but we saw one and said hey why not. Staff was super friendly, and really fast. Walked in randomly, ordered a 3 topping LG pizza with 8 wings (which was a bundled coupon that the staff was nice enough to show us) and were gone in 10 minutes. Now that is tough to beat anywhere let alone for pizza. Definitely might have to make this a regular stop after my appointments every 4 months. We even went outside to wait in the car, and staff was nice enough to bring it to us. Now that is customer service, thank you to the 2 gentleman working there.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza with 8 boneless wings and it was terrible. The pizza had no butter on the edge, looked it it was a medium turned into a large by the way the dough looked like. The wings had the sauce only on the bottom of the container. How did this Frankenstein get past management is beyond me.

They actually charged for sauces there period and also for red pepper and parmesan. I think it's a joke and our pizza was flimsy and soft wasn't even cooked all the way

An employee in particular, with a tall height and a pronounced weight, is a super rude person. I don't know if it is discrimination based on race or gender, but this person has mistreated me on two occasions when I come to this place.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We ordered the Big Dinner Box and we were supposed to get breadsticks without the seasoning on them and without the marinara sauce. It was also supposed to come with 8 wings and we only received 4. Just a heads up to check the box before leaving the store (my bad).
I have never experienced worse service from a restaurant. 1. The order was delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address. 2. When I called the driver to inquire about where the order was, he was incredibly rude. 3. I spent the next half hour driving to pick up the cold, wet pizza from my porch in the pouring rain constantly calling the restaurant and being disconnected by the phone service because nobody answered the phone during that half hour. 4. I tried calling the order line, and she was also no help and refused to do anything other than transfer me back to the restaurant which wasn't answering. 5. I finally got the pizza from my porch, and it was the wrong kind. 6. I have been trying to contact customer service for a MONTH now to get this order refunded, and they only respond with a generic "sorry, we value you" email. Horrible (non-existent) customer service at this location.

Only 1 person working 90% of the time . Always has the worst attitute regarding pick up orders too busy got 10orders comments . What this place needs is min 2 ppl working .worst place for pick up orders ive had to unassign like 10 orders already .
