I would give ZERO if I could! As a Poke Bros fan and visiting a few different locations, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unkindness. The orders here are so rushed and thrown together anyone giving this location more than one star obviously havent visited other locations. Tiny portions & terrible customer service when told I would like a mistake fixed or a refund. The girl here tossed my order (brought back in within minutes ) without refunding or replacing the meal. I was forced to call the police after she refused to remake or refund on top of trashing what was uneaten and paid for. After the police arrived she took the order out of the trash and handed it back to me. Even after a police visit, she still did not correct or refund my simple $16 order. Unprofessional, terrible sanitation practices, argumentative, prejudice and not worth a dime.

Found multiple little white hairs in my bowl. Eaten here multiple times and this never was an issue. This is honestly really disgusting they look like animal hairs because they are really thin.

Mediocre fish cuts small portions. Do yourself a favor and go to Honu Poke ten time better. Quality fish, huge serving very clean worth the drive. I will never visit another Poke Bros

I had never been to poke bros. I got there a little early, however they graciously welcomed me. I ordered the #1 Johnny Utah and it was hands down the best poke I have eaten. Love it! Certainly recommend! Thank you Poke bros. St. Charles!

I ordered tuna poke bowl last week. 20 minutes after I finished I barely make it home. My stomach was hurting, I was throwing up all afternoon. Happy didn’t end up in the hospital. By the way: before I ordered the food, I asked the girl if everything is fresh. Avoid this place!!!
