Food did not meet the expectations based on what I heard from people that visited this place. The burger took 40 minutes to come out, and the fries were very undercooked. The pizza was also very undercooked. Recommend anyone reading this to dine elsewhere.

My family and I went in to eat, and there was no seating downstairs so we were kindly told to go upstairs and seat ourselves. Once we arrived upstairs there was a sign to seat ourselves but we noticed that there was no seating for 5 so we stood around looking around for awhile and no one payed us any attention. So after awhile we decided we'd put 2 tables together ourselves to which some brown haired woman was rude to us telling us "the proper way would be to ask us first" but we had been standing their feeling silly so we figured ok they must just want us to do it ourselves. She had walked passed/around us a few times and never greeted us or questioned us once. The proper way to deal with the situation was to first greet your guest and know you have a 5 person party with only 4 seat tables and let us know you will be with us in a minute to figure it out. She and everyone else up there could visibly see my fiance and our kids standing there looking around at the top of stairs and then in the middle of the dining room. She was so rude about the situation we decided to leave. We did leave to go to our south elgin location which we always enjoy. As someone who works in customer service, I know how to properly deal with customers and you should treat them as guests. She's rude and needs some proper training.

Fantastic, delicious, impressive.
Bring your significant other,
You won't regret it.
We really enjoyed the service, food, view, and decor.
We are from out of town and decided to stop here for dinner. We had a supreme pizza the first night and it was crazy good. The staff is super friendly. The second night I had penne pasta with meat sauce and meatballs. So so good!! I couldn't eat it all and brought the rest home with me. Even better the next night!! Wish I could get the sauce recipe!

We ordered at 6:30 pm & at 7:10 pm still didn’t have any of our orders so I left $20 for a wine & Diet Coke & left. Had our pizza across the street at Za’s before catching our 8:00 concert at Arcada.

We had a very enjoyable meal here after some fun at Pottawatomie Park. Excellent pizza too. Service was good also.
Kid-friendliness: Good for most kids. It can get a little bit noisy when they are really busy.

Food was good and portions were excellent. My son and I went there to catch up and have a good conversation. Shortly after we arrived, the place filled up and became outrageously loud. We had to shout at each other.

Probably the best pizza I've ever had... certainly in a long time.
