Food was very good and liked the dining option before attending a show/concert at The Arcada Theatre

Patricia

Despite what is listed in the menu on line, when we arrived we were told the only food option is a 25$ buffet. No meatballs, pasta, or dessert included. The pizza was mostly bread with minimal topping. Service was poor. We had to ask for our check multiple times. This dining experience got our long anticipated night at a concert off to a very bad start.

This is a fun place to eat before going to a show. The staff is very nice and professional. There is a nice feeling in this restaurant. The food was slightly too high priced but good. I love Ron and want to support him in everything he does for us.

it would have been benifitial to be told at the time of making our reservation that buffet was the only option available and the cost was to high for the quality and selection of food. We won't do that again.

Deep fried chicken was a home run, along with the pulled pork Hostess was professional and accommodating Since this was a buffet, the busseers were spot on quickly clearing away the soiled dishes. Server was extremely atenditive my needs and request. The overall buffet menu was exactly as advertised. Food quality was better than one would expect Definitely will be eating here before my next concert

Great Spot for dinner before the show, BUT... because it is only open for shows, feel its difficult for them to get staffed and therefore the service suffered some otherwise FANTASTIC Ron Onesti knocks it out of the park... Ron was actually helping his team out to service the patrons so it was very cool.

Food and service were excellent! I would go there again even if I weren't going to an event.

Great food and service on a very busy night. Brst caprese salad! You won't go wrong with any pasta dish or the Chaplin Chicken. Thanks for your kind help and patience Jo Anna!

The Caprese Salad was small, but very good. The Charlie Chaplin Chicken was excellent. It seemed like there was only one server on a busy night. Service was good, but I had to go look for an extra silverware for a friend.

There should have been more than 1 server for the evening. Had there been, tables would have been turned much quicker & people wouldn't have had to wait for a table. Great value for the wonderful buffet! Would love to see more of these events/evenings offered. Also, at one point, an announcement was made for folks to get out their raffle tickets. That was very confusing because it was only intended for those in the VIP club, not for all those in attendance. Those not a VIP were asking about the tickets. Perhaps the VIP attendees could've been seated in the private room adjacent to Rockin' Ravioli?

Excellent group dining event experience. Family dinner, prefix menu, drink specials, live entertainment, swanky space, good service... what is not to love!

Entrees include pasta with authentic, housemade meatballs, salad, garlic bread and dessert. Tasty and fun way to spend the evening with loved ones.

They have some service and menu kinks to work out, but the flatbreads were good. I enjoyed the mozzarella, tomato, basil flatbread with cauliflower crust, and while the basil was quite skimpy, they use a delicious seasoning that gives the whole dish a fantastic flavor. We reserved dinner there before a Thu theater show, but didn't realize only the small plates menu was available during the week. That should be advertised in the reservation system or website.

Very fun night with friends drinks and a few light bites. The music that night was outstanding I would come back again just to listen to that band once more. I think it was called sonic soul

No where online when I checked the menu did they say they were having a limited menu so were kinda having to go upstairs to the other restaurant. Everything upstairs was good

We caught the Mark Farner skunk Baxter concert stumbled upon this place after the concert a pleasant surprise. That is some of the best pizza in the city/ suburbs area. (Wood fired) the crust was absolutely perfect The gentleman behind the counter were professional and courteous to our group. We highly recommend this place and will return the next time we are there for a concert. You guys really hit it out of the park.
