Usually i love rookies but this locations staff is not great. The female waitress we had, took over five minutes to even greet us. By then we knew what we wanted to drink and eat. Another guy came with our appetizer and food. We didnt see her again until it was time to pay.

Fair food, great TVs. I had the ribeye steak special, but what I got was a top sirloin. I used to run a steakhouse you can't fool me. Good for kids.

Service is a hit or miss. Not sure if it's just me but every time there's a game on a Sunday and the place is packed, the service is actually good and attentive. But if you stay past the game and the next shift comes on, you would think the service would be better but unfortunately not. Either way, servers are always pleasant, and the food is consistent.
The female server acted like me a my female friend were not even there. More interested in paying attention to the men. Glad I'm the one who paid and left 1.00 tip. I'm normally a 50% tipper at a bar. Improve your service for female customers.

Service was great; our server was very attentive and sweet. The boneless wings, delicious. The flavor wasn't extreme and over done, they were just right; garlic parm and mango hob! Highly recommended. Tons of TV's and festive atmosphere!

We loved coming to Rookies ever since we moved to St. Charles 3 years ago. We went back after not going since October and the prices are astronomical and the food was actually really bad. I am so sad to say, but we won't be returning. We typically would spend $60 for 2 people for about an hour and a half of bar service, and this time it was $90 for 2 people, bought less than we normally do and our food sincerely tasted like burger king and flavorless tacos. It was just really sad, all of our favorite things were removed from the menu. Sincerely, you cannot have expensive burgers like that for the quality that they are, it's not acceptable. I will say our server was surprised when we did not take our left overs and wished I had told her before checking us out. I don't wish to ruin your business by returning my food, but I wish I had.Parking: The parking lot (in back) needs serious work, it's like driving on the moon.
