DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They PURPOSELY give you bad food and then surprise you with a “no refund policy.” This location STEALS from its customers. Had a horrible experience a few weeks ago with an overdone pizza. Politely called to see what could be done, was told to call back in 4 hours. Called again and since they don’t give refunds per their “policy,” I was told I’d be given a credit on my account. Fast forward a month or two I call again to use the credit and suddenly it’s nonexistent. Gentleman on the phone claimed I spoke to his “brother” which is comical. He even gave me what I assume to be a fake name. All in all, just avoid this location. The one in Batavia is great. Go there instead. Wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t last much longer.

Do not order thier double dough pizza on Sundays. They never actually make it a double dough thickness. Might as well save your money and just order regular pizza. This has happened to me three times in the last 6 months. Other days of the week have been fine, so I know they know how to make a true double dough pizza if they want to.

Pizza went straight to trash yesterday ! Wasting time and money with these guys. Watch for the comment they leave saying “Thank you for the feedback, we stole your money already, but next we will improve our services.” What a joke.
They advertised a promotion online for a $3.50 pizza. I ordered it online for carryout, which was a requirement, and selected a 14-inch, two-topping thin crust, as specified. However, the website didn’t give me the correct price, so I figured it was a mistake that could be fixed in person. Eight hours later, I drove an hour and a half to the nearest location listed on their website. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, they refused to honor the promotion because I hadn’t entered the promo code—which wasn’t shown anywhere online. It turns out this happened to several other customers too. The woman behind the counter was rude, likely from dealing with similar complaints, but I stayed polite and left without making a scene. I won’t be visiting any of their locations again.

Yesterday on 1015/2024 I called in for pizza for the special @ $3.50 and I was told that to get the pizza we had to pay full price for a pizza to get the special, even though it was all over the internet Stating they are being slammed on orders That is just ridiculous to not honor the special for the 1964 price I will look to other pizza spots and not go back here

For their 60 yr celebration they advertised a pizza for $3.50. Called at 4pm and they said they would only take the orders online, yet turned off online ordering til 6pm. Call back after 6 because the online ordering still isn’t working, and now they aren’t offering that pricing any longer. False advertising at its finest.
