Rox City Grill is located in the historic Hotel Baker along the Fox River. A small intimate lounge open Wednesday thru Saturday offering small bites, extensive martini list and live entertainment starting at 730pm.- 1100pm.Parking is street parking which could be a challenge but there is a lot not too far away.We came on a Saturday night around 930pm. It wasn't too crowded . The server brought us a drink menu but not a good menu. Not sure when the kitchen closes. They had a piano player the night we went but he took a break at 945pm and didn't start playing again till after 1030pm. This was disappointing.Drinks were very good and not over priced. They do list their entertainment on their Web site. For a delightful experience, give the ROX a try.

Came in for some drinks with a buddy after a long day. Delicious drinks with friendly service. Ozzie was our bartender and his service towards us was great. I liked the atmosphere with a live jazz band in the background. I will be coming back!

Best Place in St.Charles for date night or girls nights. Live music (piano bar) or DJ. Fabulous food & the best martinis.

Our meal was fabulous and so was our server, Ozvaldo (Ozzie). Appetizer was fresh sliced tomatoes with buratta, arugula and prosciutto. Excellent. Main course was Chilean seabass, which was buttery, cooked perfectly, and finished with a miso glaze accompanied by steamed bok choy. Absolutely outstanding! And I'm a hard-to-please fish eater and retired chef. Service from Ozzie was friendly without being intrusive. Five stars without question.

Music was a nice surprise but extremely loud. Could not talk without shouting. My ears were ringing all night. Otherwise it’s a nice place to hang out.

This restaurant does not serve food anymore. Just a bar area. We were told that they cancelled their membership with opentable, but sometimes people come in having a 'reservation'. Please cancel their membership and remove this 'restaurant' from opentable!

This restaurant claims to not accept reservations through Open Table. When we showed up, the place was empty on a Saturday night with a concert in town. They told us they don't take reservations and that they weren't serving food that night because they were short staffed. The menu looks amazing but DO NOT make a reservation through this app. Call first and make sure they are serving food when you want to go. OPEN TABLE please remove them from this app.

We had a reservation though Open Table for an anniversary dinner. When we walked in we were told " we don't really use Open Table." There is no dining room, just a lounge and a bar. We went elsewhere. They should be removed from Open Table.

We made reservations for a birthday dinner. The reservation was confirmed by open table. No one told us they did not serve dinner and it had turned into a bar with a few small items to order. Even the link here showed a menu that does not exist. We had no where to eat and it ruined our celebration. They even said they don't get contacted by open table for reservations so they were not prepared for us.

Decided to try after booking a night at the Baker. The place is definitely more of a lounge as half of the seating are comfy chairs and end tables. There are also about 9-10 high tables and 3 regular booths. Arrived at 7 pm on a Friday night and the place filled up as the night progressed. There was live music. The menu is limited but the choices recommended by our server were good and 3 ‘small' plates plus dessert were plenty. We had the crab cakes, skewers, and fries.
