What I love about Smallcakes is you can count on each location having basically the same offering of cupcakes but each one adds their spin. Visited the St Charles location for the first time which has new owners earlier this year. I am celebrating another year with Ramsey so picked up some pupcakes (mini cupcakes for dogs) for him and his friends next door. Of course I picked up some cupcakes for me. They have so much more to offer with their extended hours. I enjoyed a s'mores latte but will be back to try that blueberry latte and of course pumpkin spice. I saw milkshakes also on the menu.

there is a homeless person around that area verbally threat me i am autistic and trans. i don't feel safe going anywhere your stores. this will impact your costumers the woman that sleeps there every morning harrassed me and i called the police

Best gluten free cupcakes!!!

Came here for gluten free cupcakes. They were on a two tier display stand with gluten cupcakes on top. You could clearly see where bits of regular (gluten) cupcakes had fallen onto the gluten free cupcakes making them unsafe to eat. I asked if I could get a gluten free cupcake from the back and I was told they didn’t have any in the back. I doubt that was true. Won’t return.

unprofessional. Took my order for a birthday cake and canceled it 36 hours later, leaving me with limited time to find a decent replacement.

It's Super Bowl Sunday. Last week I placed an order specifically for today. Paid for the order in full. Asked about closing time on Sunday, was told 5:00 pm but maybe 6:00 since it was Super Bowl. We arrived today to pick up our fully paid order at 4:40 pm to be met by a closed store. Everyone gone. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. You took my money. No cupcakes. And you didn't even have the common decency to call to give a heads up if you were going to be closed 20 min before your posted store closing time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. You best believe I'll be there this week asking for my money back!

Would highly recommend this cupcake shop!! I recently ordered gender reveal cupcakes from here and they turned out so cute! We did a mix of chocolate & vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and blue / pink sprinkles. The cupcakes were a hit with our family. I loved that they also offer gluten free cupcakes on Fridays & Saturdays! Definitely will be ordering from here again.

I would usually give Smallcakes 5 stars however today, Sunday 9/10/2023 I purchased two pink vanilla gluten free cupcakes, as the regulars were sold out. The sign on the wall and the Smallcakes website states 2 cupcakes cost $4 each for a total of $8.00. The woman in the store did not tell me that they were $1 more each for gluten free. When I looked at my transaction online I was surprised to see a charge of $10.18 for 2 cupcakes!The service has always been so pleasant and the cupcakes are great but not worth $5 each. Disappointing and questionable business practice.

I contacted Smallcakes to speak with someone about making a small 4 inch Personal custom cake. I called at 10 AM on a Saturday and I was frantic because I needed the cake for Sunday evening. I spoke with Vicki the cake decorator, and she was extremely helpful and assured me that she would be able to have my cake finished the next day because it was a simple design that didn’t require a lot of time to make. I picked up the cake before closing the next day and when I took a look at it, I was very shocked at how beautiful yet simple the design was and I’m just happy that Vicky was able to make my last minute gift happen. Smallcakes staff is wonderful, especially Vicky the manager if you would like a beautiful custom cake, please contact this store.

I went today after finally wanting to go for quite sometime and I wish I had went sooner. The cupcake, I had a red velvet, was very moist and the cream cheese frosting was sweet but did not give me a headache and did not just taste like cream cheese. The shop was clean and welcoming when I went inside and I was informed about the points system while checking out. I will happily be going back again and cannot wait to see the flavor changes!
