First time trying Smitty’s, and everything was absolutely delicious! I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup, you can tell the soup was homemade and made with quality ingredients. The whole meal was fresh, flavorful, and comforting. You can really taste the care they put into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to anyone looking for a great local sandwich place.

This is my favorite place in all of St. Charles. I come here pretty frequently since I’ve started working nearby.
Not once have I been disappointed with the food or service. You can tell it’s a small family owned joint and it always feels like home when I walk in.
If you’re in the area, you should DEFINITELY make it a priority to stop here.

Excellent little sandwich shop. Been here dozens of times and everything Ive had has been delicious. Portions are generous, prices are decent, and the pickle you get with every sandwich is a nice touch. My favorites are the turkey berry, groucho, and grilled reuben. Awesome business, thanks for being an asset to our community!

It is a throwback to a simpler time. It was like walking in to an old time soda shop as far as atmosphere is concerned. I had the special of the day and it as well as the sandwich my friend had was very good.
Parking: Public parking just down the street using the back door makes it very convenient
