Literally in the bathroom rn crying as im writing this :( I came here on a date and it went so bad, he Literally kept commenting on my weight and how I would look better if I lost weight :( I came back and bree gave me a hug and gave me more water. Molly was there too and shes just a real one I can tell. I just wanted to write a good review highlighting how these baristas are total strangers but went the extra mile to make today just a little but better. Please recognize them and give them raises bc they were so so so kind to me in a very vulnerable moment.

I come here almost every day and spend a lot of money on coffee that they almost NEVER make correctly. My order isn’t complicated - iced coffee with light cream and extra caramel drizzle. I’m always respectful. And usually I don’t complain and drink it anyways even when they don’t make it right. But today, the way I was handed my coffee is unacceptable. I pay almost $6 for an ICED COFFEE. So I would assume that I would get what I pay for, but no. They didn’t even bother to stir the coffee with the cream and didn’t put any caramel drizzle in it. When I said something to the barista, he was rude and insisted that this is what I ordered. Idk what has happened to Starbucks, people used to be super friendly and go above and beyond, but now the opposite is true and they serve you with an attitude whether you deserve it or not.
There is one gentleman that works for this location and the orchard rd one in aurora, however, and he is absolutely amazing! Can’t recall his name but wanted to give him a shout out. He is a good example of what Starbucks used to be.

I guess even tho this locations hours are listed that they’re open until 800PM tonight they close whenever they like. Came here at 608PM wanting to get a hot cocoa, shop is totally closed. Wonderful customer service 👎🏼

Me and my sister stopped by wanting to try the a new fall drink, and one of the baristas maggie was kind enough to recommend the iced pumpkin cream chai latte and how she likes to drink it so we got it that way. It was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. If we could give them more stars for her customer service we definitely would!

Who is the silent snob wearing overalls today? This guy sucks every time I come here. Can someone tell him to smile or speak? He says nothing. Not one word. No eye contact. Just angry silence, lol. I regret tipping him. Feels like I inconvenience this dude if I order anything….while he is working…..at his job…..that he comes to voluntarily. His attitude is fit for an airport or a tollbooth, not a coffee shop.

Friendly barristas, food and drink were as I like them. Comfortable seating with many electrical outlets available. No issues connecting to wifi and reasonable speed for working online. Neat and clean. Convenient location by Rt64 and Randall Rd.
