Our barista's name was Alexa and she was SO nice! She complimented me and made my entire day! Definitely will come back because of her. God bless her!

This morning was red cup day. I placed my order, not knowing it would take 20 minutes to get my drink. I was on my way to school 45 minutes away and told the barista I could not wait for my drink. I asked for a favor if she could help me out and make it sooner that way, I was not late for class. She immediately told me don’t worry about it and made my drink sooner. This made my day and I am super grateful!

I come here now daily before my gym session. And they are always so kind and so positive. GREAT COFFE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. even though I have to drive a bit longer here. I will continue to do so. This Starbucks is worth it.

I haven't had a bad trip yet. The employees here are super kind to me consistently and it doesn't matter which shift is working. All around nice location even during their busiest times.

Was served by Nathian in the drive thru and it was such a great experience. He was extremely kind and patient with me. When I pulled up to the window, he made great conversation and made sure I was set with everything I needed before I left. Thankful I was served by him today after a long day at work!

I come here pretty regularly twice a week to work as it’s closest to my home, so I can confidently say this location falls short.
Most recently, I ordered an oatmeal for the first time and got plain, unflavored cooked oats. I looked at the tag and saw it said “brown sugar, berries, nuts, etc.”, so I went up to the counter and said “I believe I’m missing toppings, there are some listed on the tag”. The worker just said “Well, did you ask for toppings?” which, I guess I didn’t, but they weren’t offered and I’ve never ordered this before. How was I supposed to know I can’t just order an oatmeal off the menu unless I want plain oats? You don’t have to make a point that it’s my fault, she could have just given me the toppings without saying a single word and that would’ve been a normal interaction in my opinion. The employees here are definitely pretty rude. Maybe it’s because I’m the same age as them, I do notice they put a little bit more effort into their interactions with older gentlemen, lol.

Since 2020…. This location has been the worst. Drinks are poorly made. Drive thru line is always backed up. Frequently has issues on the app and says they don’t accept mobile orders. This was tolerable until it wasn’t. I don’t waste my time or money at this location anymore.

Dear management: This is how you permanently lose business, when you have paying customers leave reviews complaining about a specific employee you must listen! The male employee (short dark hair) who has a pleasant attitude with everyone else other than customers is rude and dismissive. He said hello but nothing else after I swiped my card. Maybe my tip wasn't good enough? He handed me my coffee, I asked for a straw, he didn't even say OK, handed it to me and walked away from the window. NO 'thank you', NO 'you're all set', NO 'have a good day'. Nothing. Your store will never receive another dollar from me and I will warn everyone I know about your store. We work hard for our money (without asking for tips) and your entitled employees should learn the same!

Staff needs to be trained on customer service. I tipped the person in the drive through using my card before I got my order and I wish I didn’t. The guy handed me my order and I didn’t receive a hello, how are you, or even a here’s your order! He said nothing and just handed me my drink and closed the window. Rude! I’ll be going to the Starbucks the street in west Chicago or further down 64 from now on. I worked in the food industry when I was younger and never treated a paying customer like that.
