I order a drink chocolate covered strawberry crème Frappuccino blended he said it was not available and i literally could order it online wich I did bad service he did not wanted to thrue the hustle of making the drink

I am regular at this place. But now it's been a couple of times that my coffee was not filled up to the top. It was to late to go back to ask why my cup was only half full. I love this place and everyone there is very nice and work hard. I just don't understand why I got jiffed on my coffee. Unfortunately I can't post the pic..ugh

Ive been coming to this location for a few years now, even as much as multiple times in a day, as my job is physically demanding and I need the caffeine boost. I don’t know what happened, but as of about a month or so ago, the drink I order religiously, which is a white choc mocha iced, has really gotten pretty bad… unreliable quality. I choose Starbucks over any other place cuz, even tho a lot more expensive, the quality of drink was always the same. Never watered down, never different or bad, like the cheaper drink places. To me, it’s worth the cost not to have to go back or not to waist the drinks and money. That’s not the case anymore. Now, I have gone back on multiple occasions this past month. They definitely happily replace them, no problem, but that’s not the issue. And I don’t think it’s the baristas fault. But it’s still not the same quality as it used to be for all the years prior. They’re weaker, lighter in color, and have no taste 50% of times. So I don’t know if a machine is on the fritz or if they aren’t training the newer people right, again I’ve never had this problem up until recently. Even this morning, I decided to give them another chance, 2 venti drinks I paid for.. again I couldn’t finish them as they were gross, tasteless. Ended up tossing both. And I didn't have time to go back. I also didn’t want to call cuz I feel like I’m doing that too often. So I ended up going to a different place just now. I hate complaining cuz I do like the baristas that have been there, they have always done a good job and are so friendly. But I’m just not sure what changed, but something did. I just am about out of chances to give and not sure I can hang in there till it’s figured out.

I order cappuccino with 2 pump vanilla syrup. It was not even filled half way. More than 50% was froth. Tasted like sweet water. Will avoid this location.
