As we continue eating our way down Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois our next stop was at Starbucks on E. Main St. The decor and vibe at this Starbucks was beautiful. Plenty of seating, high tops and low tops. It was clean and well-maintained, ready for customers to dine in. We enjoyed a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte with coconut milk, Nitro Cold Brew with pumpkin cold foam, and a Caramel Macchiato. All of our drinks were delicious and made to perfection. There were six barista's behind the counter, and they were busy and moving the drinks along. We were surprised at how quickly we received our drinks. This Starbucks is definitely a five star. As for the corporate policies of changing the rewards stars from 150 to 200 for a free drink, the request for a tip after spending $7 for a cup of coffee when you use their phone app, and cancellation of the Chase Visa Starbucks Credit Card, is all disappointing/aggravating, but should not be held against this local Starbucks. This is definitely a Starbucks we will return to to enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversation.

I waited in the drive-through for 23 minutes. Five cars in front of me. Each car in front of me had 1 drink to their orders. I have been to this starbucks before, and they are the slowest Starbucks I've been to. I barely made it in time to pick up my grandson from therapy. The store was empty so that wasn't the problem. My daughter told me to avoid this one because of their slowness.

I went here for a first date, which is always awkward at first, but lowkey the barista, Holley, helped break the ice. They were super kind and friendly and even brought us water after we had been hanging out for over an hour. All around wonderful employee (and person!!) and they really made the experience great!

I was in line for 15 mins then when I finally get my 4 drinks they were super watered down, I went back took another 15 mins all to be told I was wrong and could not get a replacement, if they wanted to atleast make it right they could have offered more syrup for taste but instead they decided to argue with me and give me a partial refund, I paid $22.95 got back $19.22. I also asked them to throw the drinks away since it's just water and I could not get a replacement and they said no. Worst customer service, never going there again.
