Worst Starbucks ever so slow. I waited for 15 minutes and never got my drink. A simple drink strawberry water and ice. I left without my drink.i hope their enjoy it

I always have a great experience at this location!! Cailyn the manager is always super sweet and always gives great customer service every time i have come! I highly recommend coming to this one if you're in the st charles area!! If I would I could give more than 5 stars 😁😄🤗

Everyone is always so niceLine gets long sometimes but moves pretty fast :) this is my go to location
It's not the best Starbucks I've ever visited. The employee spilled the coffee when she was handing it to me, miraculously she didn't spill the coffee on my clothes. they should be more careful

I’m in town from Atlanta visiting for work and came here for my daily cuppa and a chill spot to type up some emails. Or so atleast I tried. My latte was perfect, but the only thing I could hear was the manager yelling at the staff (who were so clearly doing a great job) constantly telling them to pick up the pace. I was losing my mind hearing it again and again so instead of finishing my work and getting an extra latte to go, I just left. Discovered Dear Donuts because of it so that was awesome and I highly recommend that place!
