Drinks get made wrong or not up to standard more than once a week, yet we rarely ever get it fixed or call to say something. I called to get a drink fixed and as the other comments say, they will be condescending and just rant on about what they cant do versus what they can do.

I liked this location, but the last few times I am convinced they don’t read what my mobile order says or they just don’t care. I pay way too much for the drink for them to have zero regard

Plenty of parking, at least while Mod is closed next door. Friendly, fast service. The drink was a little light on the pour, okay if leaving room with coffee, but not okay for a nitro cb. Spacious interior, large bathrooms which were clean.

I did just go through the drive-thru, and lately I've been ordering the venti caramel crunch. The location I went to the last time around was on Randall Road I believe in Geneva, Illinois. Every time I order from Starbucks it's always great!
Worst Starbucks ever so slow. I waited for 15 minutes and never got my drink. A simple drink strawberry water and ice. I left without my drink.i hope their enjoy it

I always have a great experience at this location!! Cailyn the manager is always super sweet and always gives great customer service every time i have come! I highly recommend coming to this one if you're in the st charles area!! If I would I could give more than 5 stars 😁😄🤗
