They don’t deserve one star even. Terrible servant and awful customer service. I ordered tuna sandwich and after first bite I saw a HAIR IN THE TUNA!! I went back to the store asking for a refund all what she did is just gave me the receipt without saying anything to me neither apologize!! Never go back to this place

Worst mistake stopping here for the first time after leaving work. This place has the Worst customer service. Not only will they reject your coupons before even looking at them and claim that they're expired when they're clearly not. But they will continue to give a hard time about it even after realizing their mistake. I'm sorry for spending my money there to support your business. Shame on me, never again there. I'll spend my money on a well run business (not this location).Also shame on the management for poorly scheduling only One person during busy hours. The girl working at around 7:00pm (10/04/24) also had an awful attitude. I'm guessing it had to do with the bad scheduling but she shouldn't take it out on customers.

After making a club sandwich they told me at the cash register that this Subway will not accept my coupon for a free small drink because of the kind of sandwich I made. I am sorry but You guys are cheap and underhanded. If you can't have the grace to honor your coupons completely then don't put them up. You would rather dishonor your coupon than honor your customer.

I have lived across the street for almost 2 years now. The food used to be good. Over the years the owner has used less and less meat in the sandwiches. They put in a metal covered fridge so now you don't even know how much meat you are going to get until it's already toasted. Tonight I had 2 very thin slices of meat all the way down on all of our sandwiches. I couldn't taste even one bite of turkey. I'm not wasting my money on any more of their bread and topping sandwiches from this subway. SAVE YOUR $$$. I won't be back.

My 13 year old had a horrible experience at this place. We decided to give them a chance regardless of the horrible reviews. Huge mistake she came out with a six inch flat bread with roast beef and cheese no veggies for $10. Is this place serious? Hopefully who ever own this place cares about their business and starts working on their issues.
So my sandwhich was really yummy, but an hour after eating I began to have a horrible stomach ache. It is multiple hours later now and I have made numerous visits to the potty. I want to now die and so does my bottom. Thank you

Rude customer service. I asked for a 6" tuna, and she completely ignored what I had asked for and instead asked me what type of meat I wanted about 4 times. At checkout, she was still being completely rude, and once I had asked her for a soft drink, she didn't even give me an option on the size... she chooses for me. Overall, very poor customer service and the tuna was so salty.

This place is absolute garbage made my order wrong and I was treated very rude cookies were old and stale and I was told they were out of stock of water cups when they are sitting right in front of me the 2 lady’s here are horrible and I paid $14 for a 6 inch sandwich when it clearly states it should be $8
