I’ve been here several times now, for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and truly enjoy this spot. Great cocktails and so many fun dishes to try, I like going back every few months to see the new seasonal options. The cinnamon roll was a favorite of our brunch group, plus their rotating pastry selection is a must-try. Their oysters are pretty fresh, which is not easy to find. For dinner, we loved the bread service and the pastas. I always look forward to going here!

Our favorite restaurant to go to in the tri-cities. Everything from the food, drinks, ambience, and service is great. We’ve had Tiffany several times and she is always the best. Incredibly friendly and sweet. Great place for a date night or get together, especially in the summer at their outside bar/patio area.

Great menu, really attentive amd engaged staff. Minor comment: way over-decorated with accessories fake plants up top etc. Too busy. Perhaps strip some of that away? and let the design show itself vs. Competing. Otherwise love this addition to downtown. Thanks you guys.

Cocktails are great, atmosphere is great, but... (see later). Food is good, but priced high for what it is: Small portions and fusiony but not too remarkable. Service from our server was great - he had good command of the menu and steered us the right way with our choices. But, one very annoying part of the evening was the constant badgering of the bus staff hovering around our table every 5 minutes asking if they can take things off our table. It felt forced and as if they wanted us out (we were there a little over an hour only). We paid a lot for our meal, let us enjoy it. Bottom line: Cocktails and restaurant atmosphere are great, the rest is hype.

The St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its Annual Holiday Party at The Graceful Ordinary this year. Chris, Megan, and the staff opened the restaurant to us on a day they are usually closed, and we are so pleased they were able to accommodate us and our members. The place looked gorgeous for the holidays. The food and drinks were delicious, the waitstaff and bartenders were very attentive, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Megan made the planning seamless for us with her knowledge and expertise. Planning events like these can be time-consuming and exhausting, but The Graceful Ordinary made it enjoyable and easy. We highly recommend them if you are looking to host an event.

Came here for a wedding and reception, come back now for drinks and food often. Professionally executed cocktails and dining with friendly knowledgeable staff. I like to just sit at the bar and enjoy some muscles with a nice cocktail or three :)
Parking: Best to park on street if you get there earlier or turn the block a few times
Tonight my friend and I decided to celebrate our birthdays at the Graceful Ordinary and it was beyond incredible. The food and drinks were immaculate, and everything was plated so beautifully. Our server James was not only efficient and took care of everything we needed, he also had great recommendations for food and drinks. He knew what everything on the menu was, and explained to us the things we needed a little help on. I will 100% be back, and I will be asking for James to serve us again. It was an overall wonderful experience!

We’ve been here many times and the menu changed slightly lately so we got to try some new things! I didn’t get a single pic bc we devoured it all, but I highly recommend: - Bread cheese app (a staple) - Mushroom ravioli - Duck confit (seriously… the BEST, most tender duck I’ve ever had) - Beef Cheek (hubby had this and I didn’t even get a bite, so you know it was good) So delicious. Plus, the pumpkin dessert… So tasty, thought the Pot de Crème is still a fav. Always enjoyable. ❤️
Parking: Valet on weekends, otherwise there’s street parking and a few lots close by. It was surprisingly busy in the area for a Wednesday!
