Ordered 2 singles inside. Asked you want 2 for $7. I replied whatever 2 singles with cheese are. Kept punching the screen and walks in back. He and supposedly manager walks back. To hello. No thanks for coming in. No give us one minute. Prints receipt takes money out and walks away. He punched it in and one single showed no lettuce. I corrected then completed payment. Waiting watching the food prep manager walks in front of me still no smile, no hello. Order completed then places bag down on counter and walks away.

I ordered a big bacon triple combo. At first didnt get my drink or fries but was given them when I asked. I requested muenster on the burger instead of american cheese, no pickle, no ketchup. I got nothing on the burger at all. Its just meat and a strip of bacon broke in half. Kinda whack. I'm probably just going to continue to goto the batavia location just sucks cause this is right across the street from work for me😔

Ok so my name is Matt Conley, I ordered on December 23 around 11:15 ish they said it would be ready by 11:30 on the Uber Eats App.

So I was like cool nice. Had some Dominos Pizza at my works Christmas party at Taco Bell in Elburn- Wasnt feeling great probably needed some protien from probably being overloaded by carbs.

Which I ordered a Large Bacon Double Stack and 2 drinks. The Uber eats driver took an hour and almost 30 minutes to deliver. My burger was stone cold, fries were soggy.

I did not order pickles on my burger which wasnt really the end of the world but the driver picked up 2 ordere before delivering my order. The Frosty was almost melted and chicken nuggets 4 peice was cold.

In terms of presentation of food 5-5 stars. If it was delivered on time then it probably would have been tasty. So drinks were good food was not. Uber eats should give half off refunds for being late. Other than that never ordering at Wendys at night other than drinks.

Aside from the hardworking employees who stay up late Merry Christmas 5-5 Stars for you guys.

One of the friendliest staffed places I have ever been to. They go above and beyond and I always leave with a smile! I have no idea how they managed to gather all the best attitudes into this specific location but they absolutely did it here!

I stopped in to grab a bite. The guy working the drive thru looked at me twice standing at the counter and didn't say nothing. The 2 manager also say me walk in. They walked to the freezer. Even the lady working by the fries didn't ß anything. I waited about 5 minutes before I left. Bad service is why fast food places are closing down!

Came in on Thursday night to get some new saucy nuggs. I was told to then pull up to the curb to get the food. I then ask for ketchup. Gentleman says it is in the bag and hands me the bag. I look and no ketchup. I am disappointed I even bought a cookie that they offered me I bought your suggested item treat me with more dignity I need some ketchup please. Oh well I guess I won’t be going here for a while.

Incredibly slow, in all aspects. This is the 2nd time I was here this week and they take one order at a time. Take order, make order, deliver order to customer, then take another order. It takes absolutely forever. While I was here this time, 2 customers behind me left while waiting.

1pm visit should not take 40minutes to get 1 meal. Then it was wrong and the staff inside gave me grief for wanting what I ordered and payed for in the first place. Skip this Wendy's all together there are plenty of better places close by.

Warning, do not go to this Wendy's. I've ordered here twice and had the same health issues. My body would shut down and I was immobile. Both times I had to make an emergency stop. I only had this instance at this Wendy's. All other locations were fine. I'm not sure what they are putting in their food. It seems to me at this location and reading other reviews that their food is not properly prepared or maybe the kitchen is not hygienic. Thats probably why I got really sick and my body shut down.. This was the last time. These people who work here don't care if your missing something, waiting 20 to 30 minutes or if you get really sick. They obviously don't want service so don't give them any for sloppy work. Be wary if you go here. Honestly just go somewhere else.

Had to wait almost 25 to 30 minutes for 20 spicy nuggets and a fry unreal. Only to come back and get the correct order. Don't waste your time here during lunch or dinner rushes to save you the time away.
