One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pub.
We waited over an hour at our table, and not a single server came by. By the time the bartender finally approached us, the kitchen had already closed, so we asked for water—since we were obviously frustrated and no longer could order food.
Instead of an apology or even basic courtesy, the bartender told us we needed to leave because we were “loitering.”

Formerly known as pub, 222, Whiskey Bend has quickly become one of the hotspots of Saint Charles! Great food, great atmosphere, live music, and so much more. Definitely check it out!
The outdoor patio has lots of tv’s, couch’s with gas fire pits and comfortable seating. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Whiskey Bend is a fantastic restaurant known for its friendly and attentive staff. The outdoor patio is secluded and enjoyable, making it a great spot for a meal. While there are some issues with the reservations system, the food is outstanding. Guests recommend the steak salad, watermelon salad, and bruschetta, especially the bruschetta with goat cheese. Customers have enjoyed the breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos, finding them phenomenal, and the potatoes served on the side may be the best anywhere. The back patio is perfect for a relaxing meal, featuring options like chicken & pancakes or short rib grilled cheese. The Caesar salad is also good, and the Parmesan zucchini sticks are excellent. Whiskey Bend offers a good selection of bourbon whiskey and scotch, including options like blood oath and Blanton's. Customers have enjoyed delicious cocktails, including the old fashion and one with pineapple & rum. Despite some reservation hiccups and mixed experiences with the bartending staff, Whiskey Bend remains a top spot for a tasty meal and drinks, with many eager to return for the beautiful patio and live music on select nights.
