Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

BEST WINGSTOP EVER!! The staff is always smiling and very friendly, my order is always ready on time, and the wings/fries are always cooked to perfection! I work as a travel medical assistant and I always try to pick up a shift in St Charles JUST so I can order from this place. My coworkers and I will definitely continue to order from here! Thank you!

Mistakes happen, but what defines a business and their management is how they correct them.
Had a pick up order with my name and order on the bag and someone else’s food inside. Called the store and was told to call back in 3 days to speak to a manager about a refund. No willingness to rectify the situation beyond that. And that was after they placed me on a 10 minute hold.
Needless to say, will not be ordering from this location again.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Went to the wingsnop on 200 west north Ave in West Chicago. The wings were great, cooked to perfection seasoned perfectly. The service was outstanding and she was very courteous. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will return. 5 out 5 in my book.

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

Spent $35 on Uber eats for a delivery last night. All 25 wings were dry. There was no ranch in the bag even though I ordered two ranches. I ordered honey hot rub fries and the fries were plain without any seasoning. The drinks are supposed to have tape over the top to cover the straw hole for safety and so that drivers cannot mess with them. They forgot that as well. Complete waste of money. Be careful ordering food from here.
