Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.

Placed an order for pickup on doordash and got there they were busy making orders so I patiently wait for a bit and then one of the ladies working asks my order name and I tell her then I wait another 10 minutes just to get some dry chicken that literally tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Never had an issue with this location but judging by the reviews seems like new management is terrible

These people never answer the phone or have you on hold for a longgggg time.. I asked for well done/crispy bone-in wings & it just looks like the job was rushed w/ mushy chicken skin… My girl ordered boneless & they are drowning in oil.

I recently visited Wingstop in St. Charles, and it was fantastic! The wings are incredibly flavorful, with a great selection of sauces to choose from. I especially loved the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan—both were cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is laid-back, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by for some of the best wings around!

Who ever made the wings tonight really hates their job it looks like they literally sprinkled seasoning and then just put the sauce on top with out even attempting to mix in right. Worst Wing Stop I’ve ever ordered from. I really recommend to avoid this particular WingStop. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

I don’t know what happened to this place but ever since the 3 young Hispanics girls that used to work here left my food has been really bad and the restaurant has not been maintained clean ever since they left. They also had really good customer service which always made me come back often. Won’t be coming back again this store is going downhill.
