This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . I went in to try for the first time and they wouldn’t take cash and the man at the counter (who was super nice and professional) told me that no locations take cash! I told him I will personally not support any company who doesn’t except our American currency and I walked out! We can’t be moving to a cashless society! I’m guilty of using my card, don’t get me wrong but I will not support a business that does not give me the option !

Last time I came to this location they served me a non fully cooked chicken sandwich. I called to let them know. I didn’t even ask for anything in return. I just wanted them to be aware. They offered to replace the next time I came. Well tonight I came back and just order 10 wings well done. I get home I have 8 drums and 2 flats. No, I’m not exaggerating! I’m not sure what’s going on up there but they need to pay more attention to what they are serving us customers. I had to write a review this time. Please pay attention to what you are feeding your customers. Thank you for being apologetic. Hopefully next time I go there is no issues for Wingstop is one of my favorites.

Ordered from there this evening and am not one to typically leave a review but fries were so over cooked they crunched every time you chewed along with them being hallow from over cooking. Not to mention while eating chicken finger a hair was found in food 100% positive not ours (wrong color)

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The fries I ordered were disappointingly burnt and lacked any seasoning, making them almost inedible. Similarly, while the wings were cooked adequately, they were devoid of any seasoning, leaving them bland and unappetizing.As a customer, flavor and quality are essential aspects of a dining experience, and the lack of attention to detail in both the fries and wings was truly disappointing. The absence of seasoning significantly impacted the overall taste of the dishes.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to this Wingstop. I believe that consistent quality and attention to detail are crucial in the food industry, and unfortunately, these were lacking during my visit.I hope that the establishment takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of their dishes to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers in the future.

My boyfriend and I’s stomachs have not felt right and been having issues since eating the food from this location yesterday. Staff does not wear gloves and did not wash their hands after handling the registers, touching the soda fountain that everyone (including customers) uses. I did not see anyone wash their hands the entire time that we waited for our food (which was about 20-30 mins). I feel like the staff here purposely doesn’t give customers their receipts to avoid negative feedback or customers reaching out to corporate regarding orders. They also did not provide us with any of the dipping sauces that we paid for but didn’t realize it until we returned back home which is about 40 minutes from this location. I will not be returning here.
