Even though we arrived 20 minutes passed our reservation time “snowing” the gentleman in the front desk was nice and took down our name. The place was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. Even though it was dinner rush hour in Valentine's Day the staff was really nice and professional when it came down to seating us and taking our order. We would definitely be back again.

Granted it was Valentine's Day, but we had a 6pm reservation and there was a line of 20+ folks all with reservations waiting to be seated. We didn't get to our table until 6:38pm - and the bar was full. We didn't get our drinks (including water) until after we finished our appetizers at 7:15. I ordered a sidecar and got straight bourbon in a glass of ice 😡. However our meal was fantastic 😍 and the waitress was pleasant (she was having to run around as they were clearly not staffed accordingly). We didn't ask the manager to comp our drinks since they arrived 75 minutes after our reservation. Think Seinfeld...you can take a reservation, but can you hold one? We will be back as the menu is expansive - just not on a special occasion.

Our server was amazing! Food was really good. The only complaint would be that the restaurant was freezing cold. Huge doors at the opening like in a department stores allowed a huge draft every time someone came in or out.

Great sushi and spring rolls. Our waiter was attentive. He told us they have bands there on Saturday nights so we'll be back to check them out!

I went to Wok N Fire today for my daughter’s birthday with my family. The food and drinks were excellent. The service was top notch and Carlos C. was an outstanding waiter and very friendly. I am never disappointed with this restaurant and I would highly recommend it for food and fun.

Food is extremely overpriced for the quality and serving sizes. We didn’t get served food until an hour and a half after being seated at our table. It’s extremely loud and crowded. $14 for 6 TINY, and I mean MINISCULE, crabrangoons should be a crime. Panda Express has better food and service

Fun vibe, good music, excellent service. Carlos, our server, was outstanding. But the food, meh - my Thai beef salad, for $21, contained a minute quantity of beef. The lettuce was soaked in a distinctly un Thai sauce that was mostly just hot. My side of fried rice was uninteresting and cool - probably cooked well in advance in large quantities. The wine I got, a cab, was delightful. And Carlos was a fun and genuinely nice guy.
