We've eaten here twice. Both times the food was great. I would definitely recommend the Blackbird Cafe for breakfast, lunch, pastries, or coffee.

Had a lovely lunch with my mom + aunt here recently and we were so delighted by the service + menu selections! Coffee was delicious, food came out very fast, and we loved the retail area at the front. Cafe vibes were spot on, and I think the prices were competitive for the quality and portion size they offer. They hit all the marks for us. We'll certainly be back!

OMG. Wife and I just stopped in during a road trip. The breakfast sandwiches and pastries are flaky amazing with crunchy bacon, fluffy egg and some avacado on an amazingly flaky croissant. Peach/cheese Danish... Yummy. We planned a pickup and run, but ate in. Wide open seating in a simple eating area. Lots of locals gathering to enjoy conversation and the food. I wish the breakfast places at home were this place.

What a jewel in this small but active town! We had an 8 hr drive ahead of us and we needed food and coffee to get us going! The reviews drew us in and we both loved everything we got. HEADS UP! if you use a wheelchair call ahead they have a ramp they will put out for you. Thanks for your friendly faces and great food!

I don't know where to begin. Blackbird was recommended to me, and it took me a long time to finally make it here, but I am so glad I did. It was my first time, so I may have missed something, but it seemed like more of a cafe, than a bakery, even though there were bakery items there. The Croque Madame was sensational. And huge. My wife got French Toast with apples and she was also impressed. I would like to try the biscuits and gravy and some sweet treats, because our food was so dang good. I would HIGHLY recommend Blackbird if you're a breakfast person.

Great coffee and exceptional espresso and croissants. As someone with a baking degree as well as made croissants from scratch professionally for 2 years, these are some of the best in the State. Easily.
